well its all mention in their website tht they take atleast 6 to 12 weeks and even when i went IOM for my medical i asked them they said it takes max 72 working days to get ppr . and i really dnt have an idea abt remedical+ppr or pcc+remed+repcc since CHC is unpredictable these days .. and they usually send email for ppr or medical req .. do u knw the time when they actually send thes emails like for medical i received email on thursday at around 3 pm bt dnt know abt ppr ..

I don't think so.. It takes for time like 5-6 months for PPR after remed.. ;(

Finally i have a very goods news to share

Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah received passports with stamped visa and all other original documents submitted to islamabad.
The frustrated process overs now and Alhamdulillah my depression ended now. I thank to all of you with your sincere prayers and suggestion. I hope and pray all of you receive your passports with stamped visa soon In sha Allah. May Allah reunite you all soon In sha Allah and give you alot of happiness and success.

My case completed within 24 months and 10 days since chc received my application.
I faced many experiences with CHC and i got some experience for the future if you guys need an immigration lawyer so please hire me hahaha just kidding

Ajeeb. There are members here who got remed here in may/june/aug/sep, with no ppr. They are still waiting. Myself included, i got remed in aug 2013. If you look at it that way im sitting at 120 working days. Ordered notes, confirmed marriage is geuine. But they just deciding to wait.

Yes even I got my remed request in aug 2013.. And still waiting for PPR ;(

welll then dear i think we both in a same boat hopefully its our turn now since 2011 cases r almost end .. n the difference in my process n urs is they just asked u for remedical few monthss ago with aditional documentss they just asked me some additonal documentss after tht they sent me emdical request ..

I m also on the same boat.. Feb 2012 applicant!! Hope for the best.. Anoxiouly waiting for PPR ;(

My husband applied in september for my spousal visa , in october he got a letter that my file is transfered to Islamabad. But now on 22 Jan 2014 he received this mail that my file is sent to London office for further process. Does anyonehave any idea that london office also process spousal visa app. Is it a good sign???? How long london office will take as compare to islamabad office????

FC1 case Review FOSS done, no adverse info found (other comments) and req of updated forms, med, pcc ,explanation for late submission, if rukhsati held, intent to return to canada (as he is student in US)
notes 3 Date: 2014/01/08 office Islamabad
IMM kit and PC received info updated fwd to MI for scan and further action
notes 1 Date: 2014/01/14 office Islamabad
i Note that DOC HAVE NOT/NOT YET BEEN SCANNED AND ATTACHED TO THE APPLICATION.
APPLICATION WILL BE REVIEWED WHEN DOCS HAVE BEEN UPLOADED

what is FOSS? do u see any interview thing? do u see any positive aspect (inshALlah)
counterfoil req: yes does that mean they need my documents originals etc ?
please guide me :/

Dear sister Pakistani National Immigration cases are processed in London office due to information i have but you can investigate more about it, in Islamabad only Afghans Cases can be processed & also Non immigration visa cases can be processed for Pakistani Nationals too.

Counterfoil = Visa sticker needed? YES as Pakistanis also require visa for Canada, so this will be a YES.

FOSS = Field Operations Support System, it is CIC's database in-Canada, they do a check to see if the person has any record/visit/entry to Canada before........don't worry it is done on everyone in all categories

They have'nt uploaded your latest docs you sent into the system, probably due to backlog you docs still waiting to be uploaded into electronic system, must still be in paper file.......someone will get to it.....

I don't see any bad info, seems they have not done the relationship "assessment" yet.....

After a medical examination with the Designated Medical Practitioner, the results are sent to our medical office to review. The medical office then sends their assessment to our visa section.

For temporary resident (visitor, student, worker) applications, it normally takes 4 weeks after your medical examination before we will contact you regarding the next stage of your application.

For permanent resident applications, it normally takes 3 months after our medical office receives the medical examination results from the Designated Medical Practitioner before we will contact you regarding the next stage of your application. This is true only if you have already complied with our other requests (e.g. to submit other documents).

Yes, I would send either an email or fax inquiry, indicating re-medical date........there is no harm in trying.

CHC not repsonds calls by person its just automated phone and operator also not forward call to vo.
i will suggest u to make inquiry through ur mp Whats going on ur case.

A friend of mine whose case is filed since Aug 2012 to CPC-M just got re-medical request from CHC-Isbd.
Also his wife got a call to submit fresh PCC.
A week ago he was worried about the 32-month timeline...
