AssalamoLaikum Forum members.....

I have a good news..... My Husband contacted MP n he replied via email that MY INTERVIEW HAS BEEN WAIVED..... THANKS TO ALLAH SOOOOOO MUCHHHHH....

But in email he has written " interview waived (for now at least) " ... What does he meant by For now atleast.....???

I think there are reasons for interview.
1) Eligibility ( like Nikkah only cases)
2) Security & Criminality
3) Other clarification( some times may call for interview if previous attempts to come to Canada, etc)

As it seems you have passed the Eligibility that is why re-med was requested. As a female , it is highly unlikely that there will be any issues with Security or criminality. I hope will get PPR within 3-5 weeks of Re-med. IA

I just receievd my GCMS notes and my interview has been waived and Eligibility passed. The notes says send re-med and update PCCs. Anybody have any idea where can I find on the notes where it says if they have already sent the re-med and updated pcc request?

That's some good news. What's your timeline? When did you apply

You would have to order notes again to see the updated version. That is were the VO would write if they received your docs in the incoming/outgoing section.

Salam everyone!

I have a great news... By the grace of Allah Almighty my husband received his passport back with visa today. He also received back all the proofs and docs that we submitted.

I want to thank everybody for praying for us, supporting us and helping us whenever needed. I pray Allah Almighty reunite all who r waiting as soon as possibly best for them. My husband recieved 2 papers with it as well for PR i believe. Does anybody know how much luggage can he take? and money and gold, cuz all my jewelry is back home with him can he bring that along?

There was an issue of different dates according to GCMS so i think they have sorted out that issue after receiving all original docs...

Brother i have checked my ecase... its still showing in Process... but in address its showing My address while bfore it was My Lawyer's....What does it mean...????
