send passport via tcs sealed service (same day delivery)
and on cover page mention whatever you are sending like pics of you kids name by name, passport and sign at the end, also explain that u received call for ppr and waited for the email etc etc
i think u waited for email kafi time its better to send it
and tcs takes signature of the receiver

If you read New Delhi forum, you will see that many sent PP after missing email or call, but GCMS says so
In common sense, if a dept is waiting for something, the only significance their letter has is that it has your file # and request for the document

All you do is, write a letter with

FILE # FXXXXXXX

All they need is the passport

Don't do excess worry, emailing them 10 times, MP etc

I absolutely agree with you. Good suggestion is to send in the passport with a letter that explains everyting!

But do they usually send the request by courier for Pass Port because I have been reading here for so long and just lately they are sending email to clients I'm so confused and we just sent the 5KG of info yesterday so I don't know what to thing In Sha Allah

Anyone here in the recent past renewed his/her Pakistani machine readable passport? if yes, plz tell me, do they allotted a new passport number or they continue with the old passport number..

Yes when i renewed my passport.... Number was totally changed.....!!

IA, you will get ppr soon. I think they are returning original documents back or it can be PPR as well. Also, medical is expiring in January so maybe they are expediting things . I pray your spouse get visa by Jan.

1 : Send PPR but dont forget to attach PHEP form along with Passport. Attach cover letter as well explaining call received about PPR & wrong email address from CHC-I
2: Ask second opinion from Lawyer as they might give a better way.( may cost you few dollars)
3. Did you call CIC call centre in Canada?
4. Contact your MP which may take a while.
5. Do Istikhara to ask Guidance from Allah which is the best option.

For us they asked two photos on PHEP . I am not sure why there is difference

Salam the parcel was not for us anyway!!!

But I received email from MP and she was upset with me as in dealing with politics you must hit them where it hurts. I told them you tell the MP for me if he doesn't do positive work I can guarantee you that the next color in our area will be red. She replied same day. As a Canadian Citizen this is telling them that all their promises to us Citizen are still there!! Don't follow through it takes a few to make sure they don't get in. This MP's riding covers 2 Counties in New Brunswick and in both there are 2 large Indian Reserves and it can take them right out of the Field.

I pray this ends soon as it has been way too long In Sha Allah. May Allah help us all soon In Sha Allah..........
