I need your help again. I have one question.

CHC-Islamabad asked my wife for Remed, Police Certificate ( if live more than 6 months at one place) and Few forms.
When I had Nikkah in 2011 and my wife got her last name changed ( from father name to my name) on NIC ( National Identity Card). They put Husband address as her permanent address that time because she had to submit Nikkah Nama/Marriage certificate and these docs have my address in Pakistan but she stayed her parents until we have Rukhsati in Aug 2013
Now after Rukhsati in August 2013 she stayed with me in my father house for less than 4 weeks so no need to submit Police Certificate but in the forms such Background Declaration ( IMM 0008) , should she supposed to put my address/residence in Pakistan even it few weeks/days?

well i suggest no need to change the address ,as she can get the ppr at her father's address also....

Two things:

1)i feel tht if CHC asked for Re PCC you should send it again
2) what eva address you mentioned when the process started stick to that

yes you can send any supporting documents along with covering letter by putting
file number and UCI number and they will keep in your spouse file.

My wife got Re-Med request from CHC- Islamabad last week which was done this week. Now today CHC- New Delhi sent Re-med request. See below email from CHC-New Delhi

We require following additional medical examination(s) for re-assessment of medicals for an extension.

· Chest Xray with report.
· Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 6 and 7 of IMM5419).
· Completed MEDICAL REPORT PHYSICAL EXAMINATION form [Page 2 of IMM 5419].[/i][/i]

Has anybody experience the same thing? she just had completed Medical few days back . I am not sure if she needs to go again. Please reply
