My hubby's 2nd medical will have expired by December 05, 2013.
I don't know if I'm right but I think they should stamp his Visa before his medical expires.
If they don't, my hubby will have to do a 3rd medical exam.
Anyways, lets see what CIC decides to do

stating that his Visa is ready for issuance and he should send his passport within 45 days.
My hubby will be sending it tomorrow.

How much is the wait these days for the passport return?

Husband is PR and applied outland to sponsor his wife. Case is approved and sent to their country VO.
CIC has not contacted the applicant (wife) yet.


a new baby is born, now the question is how to let CIC know abou baby

please answer all following questions one by one:

1. What documents are needed to send ?
2. What forms are need to be updated for baby?
3. Who will upadte and send baby docs and froms : the sponsor(PR holder) or the Applicant(Spous)?
4. Where to send baby's docs/file? local VO or Missisuaga?
5. Do we need to courier or email the file??

2-weeks approximately

i have also send my sis passport befor EID 9th OCT and still awaiting for return with visa and her medical expiry deadline DEC,2013.

and max a month whenever they ask for only PPT they issues visa early but when you receive medical+PPR

My Spouse and children medical done today, The doctor at IOM Center just give her payment receipt and she asked for tracking no they told her that you can email or call us after two days we will inform you is your medical forwarded to CHC ISB or no. The doctor at IOM told her if their is any problem with your medical we will let you know within 2 days if it all are normal than it will be forwarded within 2-3 days.
I wonder if it take 2-3 days to forward all medical details so why it take 3 months the CHC give feedback for the next stage?
Is my spouse send receipt to CHC for proof of medical done? Those who done medical what they got after their medical are clear?

I sent my visa on June 20 and i am still waiting for visa. It will take 16 weeks before they will give you visa sister. I hope i am wrong and hope inshallah that both of us get visa asap.

Hello people.
I have recently applied for my immigration recently. I am on a open work permit in Canada.
Now I am planning to get married(nikkah only), my fiance lives in Pakistan. If I get married (nikkah only) before getting PR then I can add her to my existing application which is already in the final stages(expecting PR in 2 months time) but if I get my PR for my self alone now. and then get married(nikkah only) and sponsor my wife, I am thinking it would take 31 months. Is the spousal sponsorship process generally 31 months at this time?? Also if I apply for spousal sponsorship do I need a complete marriage like nikkah + rukhsati ?? how does it work ?? What would be your suggestion??
