CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

Thanks bro/sis,
I wasn't aware of CIC spouse sponsorship rules in May 2011.
My Nikah was a last minute thing, if I would have known I would have never applied without Ruksati.
It also depends on Allah's will.
Maybe now was the right moment for us.

so technically it took you one year and 1 month after the rukhsati ehh .. thats great! if you would have applied with rukhsati it wouldnt have been long ehh. anyways Congrats now! you should get it back pretty soon!

Finally!!! Just wanted to say that my hubby received an email, just few hours ago, from CIC
stating that his Visa is ready for issuance and he should send his passport within 45 days.
My hubby will be sending it tomorrow.

How much is the wait these days for the passport return?

im applyng fr trv, i hv filled wo forms family info form, nd imm 5257.
can anyone tell me . do we hv to fill IMM5257 SCHEDULE 1 form? its says if you ans yes to above questns frm 3 to 6 , thn you hv to fill imm 5257 schedule 1 form,,,,,bt i read on forum if we dont submit ths form , ur application wud be return... confused plz help?

second questn: in UCI # ............., here i hv to write the uci number that i gt in approval letter rite?

If ur link showing the packages frm CHC to Khi thn it is good and a hope for Me......
otherwise I hv No more courage to C if thr is nothing for Khi (Allah na kary)...... :'( :'( :'(

Many congz sister, send the passport immediately,
inshALLAH u will get back ur stamped visa with in 10 days or max 6 months.
