No! you don't need to send anything. The medical center will take care of everything. Just keep on checking e-case that they have received your medical results or not.

I received the letter from Canadian High commission Islamabad in which the ask me to pay Right of Permanente residence Fee. Please confirm below points.

Can my sponsor make payment in Canada ? or do i need to pay in Pakistan.

By which name pay order will be made. ( Canadian high commission ISB Pakistan or Canadian High commission Mississauga) ?

What should be the account number for this payment.

Which bank should be selected for this payment in Pakistan ?

Yes your sponsor can make a payment in Canada.

If your sponsor already paid RPRF in Canada. You can send a copy of the RPRF payment receipt to CHC-Islamabad as well. You can write a cover letter indicating that your sponsor has paid the RPRF fee in Month, Year and attach a copy of the payment receipt. Make sure you have the required information on the receipt. You can send the copy of the receipt and the cover letter via TCS to Islamabad embassy.

Same me I did received first letter from Isl about the RPRF after sent it to ISL then two weeks later I got Re-med and PPR. :)

You are requesting disclosure of info under the privacy act, you need the applicant's signature.

Once your medical exam is done, you can check if your results have been uploaded to CHC ISB or not by using either your UCI Number or File Number in E-CAS.
