We have a lawyer (DAShhh--------), he did not support for GCMS n denied to order himself...: @ so we applied by ourselves n thr wer 99% chances of not receiving any reply coz representative didn't do that...

I have a lawyer too and I asked him if I should apply for GCMS notes, as expected he said I advise not to but if you want to do it yourself, you can do it. So I don't think that not having a representative had anything to do with your denial of GCMS notes, do you think you made any error? I am ordering mine today so I'll let you know when I receive them insha Allah. I also read it online somewhere that even if you have a lawyer, you can order your notes yourself. Good luck!

you do not need lawyer to apply your GCMS notes your sponsor can apply for notes and it is better to have notes to see what is going on in your file and what they are thinking and going to ask from you and if you are in interview que you can find out what would be the reason.
