Assalam Alaikum.

I sponsored my husband November 2011. Here is my timeline:

1. Application for permanent residency received November 17 2011
2. Case sent to Islamabad January 2012
3. CHC requested updated police certificates and an Afghan Questionnaire on May 2013.
4. Requested police certificates and questionnaire SENT June 2013
5. CHC requested updated medical reports July 2013
6. Requested medical reports completed August 7th 2013
7. Medical reports received August 16th 2013

Since then I have NOT heard anything back The online status says "Medical results received"

Any ones timeline similar to mine that would give me some advice? Thanks in advance

I have exactly the same timelines as yours , Medical adn Police certificate requested on June 1st and my wife has done in June 10 . Waiting for PPR since then . please share if you received any updates . I applied in Nov 2011 for my wife .

When you send your passport to embassy? on this form a members husband got his passport today he sent his passport on 16th July 2013 and i am also waiting for my passport i have sent my passport on 12th July 2013 so there no other option expect wait and pray .

i sent my passport in july 2013 and still waiting, so no fixed time but usually they say it is two months or less

Bro how did you get the request? email or regular post and if by post then to your Canadian address or your wife's address and was it a regular mail or TCS?

Bro what does your eCASE status say online, does it still say IN PROCESS or DECISION MADE? from these two lines you can get an idea if after submitting the pcc they will stamp the visa, IN SHA ALLAH!

Is it just nikah or full marriage case? if it's a just nikah case then go for ruksati asap n send them ruksati proofs to get out of interview queue. Same happened with me

well you should have gotten a reply for GCMS notes within a month and if you didn't get any then you can contact them, i am sure there is a way to contact them and ask about GCMS notes! God Bless!

Yea I must...but before ordering when we ask our lawyer to apply thn he denied to ccooperate n same time reply tht u wont be entertain as doing by ur self.... may be bcoz of this....
