Please note that the sponsorship files are located in Vegreville and Mississauga within Canada and the permanent residence files are located overseas.
Your file will remain open for 30 days from the date of this letter. If you do not respond within this timeframe, we will consider your request abandoned and will close your file.
Please submit the requested information to our office by either mail at the address listed at the top of this letter or by email at ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca. Ensure to quote your file number on future correspondences.

Hi guys I got to know through GCMS notes that my wife's file is in interview queue because she is 1 year older than me and I want your help! How can I convince visa officer so he/she takes out the file from interview queue. Thanks

oopss! nothing to worry about much other then waste of time.

You just got this because the request for notes wasn’t filled properly your sponsor filled up that request for his status which is wrong he or she need to request on behalf of and for Permanent residence applicant

Just request again and make sure you guy’s request for “electronic file For Permanent residence application” Requests should be submitted by sponsor in Canada on behalf of Permanent residence applicant who is in Pakistan and need to be sign consent form by both of you.

my case is a nikkah case but we r getting rukhsati done in October.how can this affect our case? We r sending wedding invitation cards,pics,reciepts of makeup photographer appointments,hall bookings etc as an update,
i mean will having only a nikkah have a negative impact? Will this cause me to b put in the interview cue? Wat do u guys think

Yes these days Nikkah Only case usually goes to interview cue. However as you said you are going to have Rukhsati in October so just inform CHC Isl about your this Rukhsati program with all the proofs you have just mentioned and then only Allah knows but hopefully everything will go fine.

Currently the Canadian government website states the following.

The medical was requested in November 2012.

We received your application for permanent residence on September 27, 2012.


Medical results have been received.

I don't understand does this mean that decision has been made?

I am Canadian born and I was living in PK last year with my husband and returned to Canada July 2012 to have my baby daughter she was born September 2012. I sent in all her papers so that CIC would know that my husband and I had a Canadian baby.

Congraion for your baby. As far as I can understand and believe is that your file is still in process and actually by now you should have received your Ppr because your medical is going to be expire on Nov 2013. You should immediately contact MP of your area or apply for notes. I pray that you get your ppr and visa before Nov 2013 or you have to redo your remed.
May Allah help you and all of us who are being tortured by CHC Isl.
