Hi guys I got to know through GCMS notes that my wife's file is in interview queue because she is 1 year older than me and I want your help! How can I convince visa officer so he/she takes out the file from interview queue. Thanks

Your timeline is almost same like mine. In PK women's background check is just one time thing but for Men I heard on this forum they check 2 or sometimes even 3 times. Anyhow, next step should be PPR it is always good to have GCMS Notes but at the same time it is good to go and ask for some help from the MP of your area.

Sorry to know about your interview.
1 Year difference is not the problem actually when the Visa Office opened your file first time, he wasn't satisfied from your proof of relationship.
So now to get out of interview line you should visit Pak if it is possible for you. Keep collecting Western Union and all other proofs of communication and send them to Isla to satisfy VO that your relation is very genuine and Very, Very Strong. I hope once you visit Pak and send all other relationship proofs InshAllah you guys will be fine.

Allah Ka Shukar Hay, that they are not on strike and that's why people are getting remed ppr. It is something which is keeping me alive by thinking that InshAllah one day they are gonna work on our file too.

Your case was transferred to Islamabad from Ottawa and many of those cases were completed Very, Very quickly especially 2012. We 2011 KO KISI KI BADWA HAY.
My wife did her Remed on June 05, 2013 and still we didn't heard anything from Isl.

1 year difference should not be the issue. My husband is also 1 year younger to me and I got remed 2 months back. you should send more proofs of your relationship

I really could not understand that, how the heel they left 2011 applicants behind to suffer this much long and started giving visas to 2012 applicants. It is not fair at all. I NEVER HAD EXPECTED THIS FROM CANADIAN GOVERNMENT. We all can see it is happening and their us nothing we can do about this.

Yea exactly.... Cud not expected this... They must have a criteria that before starting new comers thy must finished the cases of previous years.....!!! Why thy r plaiying with our feelings n lives... Thy do not know how much these long term processes creating problems for those persons who r in genuine spousal realationships.... Thy must change their criteria for jugdement..... thy can strict the rules after landing in Canada n can strict their judgement but not let us suffer for too long......((((((( when the change was made in immigration crew i thought their will be a positive change for Us .. But No there is still no Change..... seriously what the hell thy r doing....
