Asalaam malikum,

well i found out that there is a mistake on her birth date The (day and month) are correct on her medical but on her passport day and month is wrong. well this effect the outcome. As earlier i was asking ISl called my wife and she missed the call and since then they have not called since then. please if anyone can advise on this reguard.

laghmani, My friend this is the serious mistake by passport issuing authority you need to fax to CHC-I and explains them this is mistake by passport issuing authority ask them to return your passport so you can apply again for correct DOB on your Passport. Once you get your passport back. then go to the passport issuing authority for correction of DOB.

In other hand no needs to be panic its only may cause little bit more delay your case but not the end of world. This kind of mistake happened by document issuing authority around the world. That's way always keep eyes open and make sure double check everything once you received any documents from issuing authorities.
