CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

If I am not wrong, you can't sponsor parents anymore unless application was submitted before Fall 2011. As of now he can follow the guidelines to super visa once he gets here and obtains his PR. As per the news release below though looks like he might be able to sponsor her next year.

I just checked my e status which says that the decision has been made on your application.
I already sent my passport on 19th may.
I hope in shaa Allah this week i will receive back my passport plz pray.

if she is planning to land after march then its a iisue otherwise relex and get her in passsport from canada m( much easier then getting it from here)

Even if you apply here in Toronto [Pakistan embassy] it still goes to Pakistan to be renewed etc. So if you are having issues there, you will have delays here too.

For WMHS, just send the passport and travel before the expiry of your passport. Dont renew your passport till you travel.

Salam all,

Arrived back in Canada on Friday evening at 11:52pm what a trip. I travel across the world and its Air Canada that is the most insulting Airline I have ever traveled with in Canada.

I traveled by PIA and it was a free trip with all my Awards points just paid the tax.

Anyway tomorrow morning some heads are going to fly as I have had it with CIC Islamabad In Sha Allah.

They have not requested my husbands PP yet because they haven't started the Back Ground check. In CAIPS NOTES it said it was not started. So now were going on 34 months the A** Holes.

I pray ALLAH gives me patience with all they have done to us cause I'm so angry they may arrest me in the morning.... Please pray for us In Sha Allah

Today is Shab-e-Barat in Pakistan... All of U r requested to plz pray for me that i get my Visa as early as possible, I hv been totally exhausted, waiting since July 2011 .... I was asked to submit more papers in June 2012 n since than thr is no update as m in interview queue.... I cud not even think that i wll not be with my husband on this Eid... Plz it is humbly requested to all of U plz plz pray for me that i get some good news from CHC before Ramzan, Aameen... Plzz, May Listen ur prayers in my Favour....!!! May Allah forgive all of Us...
