I just received the GCMS notes and we have been asked for an interview. The notes says "convoke for an interview"

1) What should I do now?
2) Any idea when should we expect the interview? Will it be a phone or in person interview?
3) I just submitted honeymoon proofs this week, will that revert the interview?

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

Can you please share ur timeline? You just have to wait. You cant really do much at this point. From what I was told before they are taking up to 14 months to schedule an interview. 3) there is definite chances that they may waive the interview ISHALLAH. please share ur timeline.

Can you more specify about you time line and case?
Take look in notes what the reason VO write in notes to put your file in interview queue there is must be reason for that. If you find out that and like to share here .then maybe we can give you solution to get out from it.

u should submit more proof of ur relationship so u can be taken out of interview que n see the reason y u where put into interview. And wish u all the best and in sha allah u will get out of it pray and do as much u can to get urself out of interview que

I went to perform rukhsati and came back, I did not stay for long. The VO stated that we did not stay together that long after rukhsati. We are going on our honeymoon this July. So once we are back and send our proof, will they waive the interview? What else can we do?

only way to counter is that submit lots of proof in short intervals, like every 2 months, send in additional proof... so when they next touch your file they see bunch of packages attached to it... and cancel/waive the interview... it has happened before as well...

make that visit bro... however, do it this way... gather all the evidence from the date u submitted ur file or last updated them with documents to now and write a cover letter stating here is voluntary add documents and proof, and note that i am going back home for honeymoon trip and my ticket booking and etc are provided in the package, show that you have reserved your seat, and if you wrote a letter to get days off work to your company, include that as well... then after your visit again update them this time with boarding pass and pics and receipts etc... keep a camera person handy with you, instruct him/her to take good clear pictures of you of every dinner or invitation you go to and with family etc or outings... and send them in... we think about this but mess up the pictures bit by not taking enough or having the pictures very blurry etc or pictures of just ourselves and not with family relatives or friends etc... best of luck, you should be fine...

CHC just emailed me with same copy of the email that says my spouse file is in queue for an interview. Does that mean they did not consider my proof in order to waive the interview? I am worried now, should I be sending them more proof or just wait from ATIP reply - that should be coming end of this month.

Also I talked to me lawyer and she discourage me to apply for my husband's visit visa. She says as its been already 21 months most likely they would refuse it. I have two weeks off this aug, I can't decide if I should apply for his visit visa or I should go see him. Please advice.

AsalamoElaikum guys,

I applied for my wife on May 2012. Just recieved the medical today. I was able to get her visit visa as well, she only had 4 days left to come and now we are going to figure out what to do with the medical. but Alhamdulillah things turned out ok.

CHC I don't proved much information's about status of case through emails unless case emergence that's what my experience.
Best way to is just be petition and believe on Allah you will get something soon. Wait for your GCME Notes and keep yourself few days away from this forum that's what I did in last couple of month until I got remedial that's help you to keep your stress away just my friendly advice to everyone.

Thanks, you are right. I try not to come to this form as much but I am being very impatient lately. This wait just seems forever and never ending. I will wait for ATIP reply INSHALLAH hope I hear something good.

Yes bro when we submitted the application it was a Nikkah case. Now we have done Rukhsati / Walima ceremonies in May 2013 and have sent them pictures of marriage & of honeymoon and other recreational trips along with her arrival & departure tickets, entry & exit stamps, pakistani visa, passport copy & NICOP. Also sent some money transfer slips, parcel slips, skype call history. Now I pray to Allah that they just send me Remedical + PPR soon. Its just so difficult to be away from your soul mate
