MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE AND PRINT OUT THE RECIEPT (FILLTHE CREDIT CARD INFO)THEN PUT THE RECIPET WITH THE FORM

ATTACH THE THREE FORMS TOGHTHER AND E-MIAL THEM TO THE BELOW ADDRESS

guys ..... today finally i have ordered gcms notes. let's see what happens now ..........i will likely get it on 6 or 7th of next month.... also my husband is planning to meet me ..... in june, but he told me that there is a high ticket cost now adys around 1700 because of summer vacations..... plz somebodu enlighten it ......... also ne body has ne idea bout nov n dec cases what is the cause of delay?

Its been 2 days less then 2 years since i filed my application in Canada, and finally i have a good news to share with you, my e case just changed in to Decision Made, and my mailing address is also changed to Canada.
Does anyone has an idea how long would they take to return the passport???

alhumdulillah alhumdulilah by the grace of GOD I have got my passport with visa you all are in my prayers inshallah soon you all will be united too with your spouses ..though i wasnt too much in on this form but had always been silent reader and had always taken help when needed ..thankyou all .you all have always been a big support jazakallah

Alhamdulillah have received remedical request. Just to clarify though, do we need to book an appointment for chest x-ray and lab tests separately or is that all part of the medical appointment we book with the doctor. Also, I'm guessing that the physician who does the medical examinations forwards the results to CIC, and we just keep a copy, is that correct? Should we obtain a tracking # from the doctor or will he give us the # himself?

any one have idea what counterfoil means in GCMS notes mine shows Counterfoil required = No what does it means.

yeh koi document ya paper hota hai... its a document or paper that is issued to you which you present/get while you land... means app tiyariyaan baant lein, app ka number lagnay wala hai, delhi daur nahin
