I am in the process of writing an email to CHC-I to make a query about my immigration file number and to ask about the status of my application. I have two emails and I am not sure which one to use. Can anyone advice please?
The two emails are

General query : islamabad - im - enquiry @ international . gc . ca

For case specific query they have a web generated email system and the link is https: // dmp -portal .cic . gc . ca / cicemail / intro - eng . asp x ? mission = islamabad

Which one should I use ?
U should use the first one....i had communicated with da embassy 2-3 times last yr in july n september.
I had got replies aswell...reply to my first mail came after 8-9weeks n reply to my second mail came after i guess 10-11 weeks.
but i guess if u ask them about status of application they will forward da generic reply.....they keep the replies very limited n to da point...n reply very specific questions.for instance first time i haf question about my saudi police certificate as saudi embassy in pk wasnt helping me at all.
N second mail i had rcvd was in reply to my inquiry as they had informed me dat they havnt rcvd my sny requested document...even when i had rcvd confirmation of delievery of my documents to embassy by Tcs.

I am filling in the atip online form to order GCMS notes and can not figure out a few things. First which one should I chose, electronic files or physical files ? Whats the difference ? If the choice is physical files, which choice would be correct when asking for notes. a) sponsorship b) permanent residence .
In the location field, should i mention Islamabad or Pakistan.
On the page where we have to attach the consent form, there is a field to attach other docs. What would those other documents be?
Thank you everyone for quick response to my questions :)

Cheers

chose electronic file they send in to ur email wen u provide them with an email address, its easier to read and have (physical paper is more then 25 pages n confusing as I have heard) and u chose the Permanent Residence check box, for location u mention Canadian High Commission Islamabad,

i dont kno wat ur talkin about other documents, but u have to sign two sheets and have ur spouse thats being sponsored sign the main page and send the copy of ur receipt that u have paid for it :D

good luck

Sir its the new online system through which you order the GCMS notes and it gives you the option to attach your consent form and other documents. I am not sure what other documents would be but i think this online form eliminates the need to fill in IMM5563E.pdf . The online atip form has the option to attach additional documents and I am not sure what those could be. Maybe a proof of sponsors Canadian Citizenship. Hope if someone can answer ?

Dear All,
I would like to know if the new ATIP system for ordering GCMS notes eliminates the need to fill in IMM5563e

Congrats to all of you who got ppr and visas!!

Alhamdulillah my husband landed last Sunday.. it took him 10 mins at the immigration and checkout.
It was a great feeling picking up my husband from the airport. I wouldn't want to ever be separated for
this long to experience such a day but if I get this feeling everytime I wait for him, I would want this day
to come in my life again!

You all who's waiting for visas and ppr just hang on IT"S AN AMAZING feeling to wait for your love one at the airport :D

my prayers to all of you who's waiting and please don't forget me and my husband in your prayers!!

Good Luck to all!! <3
