oh man!! Ok I'm definitely worried now and I did order the GCMS notes on April 6th, so just waiting for them to arrive...I'm glad I have someone to compare my timeline to... ??? I already had my mp do an enquiry before and now they won't answer my call You are the sponsor or your husband?? I'm worried now cuz my adress changed slightly although it was just that the municipality did a tiny change to my address in Canada relating to the road name and OMG what if they mailed it to that address before I changed my address on the site and it bounced back?!?!?! I got no emails or anything...OH *censored word*!!! Did your husband in Pakistan get the request or did you get the request at your Canada address?

Sis u shouldn't be worried. Firstly innocent_eyes is a sept 2011 applicant...her file got transferred in nov 2011...whereas u r a nov 2011 applicant....trust me it's a big difference...check out my timeline m a dec 2011 applicant n hasn't got anything yet...go n check 2012-2013 thread...lots nov 2011 n dec 2011 applicants waiting for their turn...all haven't got anything since AOR...n most of their files r in Ottawa....I myself got to know a few days back dat my file is in Ottawa n in process. But haven't got an email or letter....so m just saying don't worry...u r not a single out rare case...

One more thing...my case, when my mp told me a couple of months ago was in CPP Ottawa...do you think that has anything to do with it?

I ve read ur msg I told u before there s something huge wrong with case and it came out now.ur hubby needs to fill forms quickly and sent to home office back.he definitely received a letter from cic explaining the whole case work out.ask ur hubby to show you that letter so you would know what really went wrong with case and caused delay.

you should definently not be worried,m a nov 2011 transfer case, n there are a couple of other oct nov transfer cases i know apart from this forum who r in the same boat as us, dont worry, you will hear something from them soon inshAllah before june this year u will definently hear from them.

i got a re pcc request on the 28th of march, n i sent them the pccs on 9th april, when do u think i should expect remed request? how far apart are the bring forward dates? my letter was issued on the 22march n they gave me 45 days to complete the request, 45 days end on 5 may, is that when they will review my file for pcc again? should i not expect anything untill then?

Forget those 45 days now. But Hope fully they will review your file again within 45 days after receiving your reply documents.

sis not to worry u 37 days is nothing there are people who are waiting for more then 5 months to get their pp back wit visa,
jus pray and have faith in Allah swt u will get it soon
its all up to Allah swt.
sometimes it depends on ur background check of how long it has been or how long more they need to finish background check.

Inshallah You'll get your passport soon. If you want to feel uppish and wanna celebrate, then look at rest of us and know that you're in a better situation than most of us. You have been through 95% of the process and think that the remaining 5% is a piece of cake. Sit back relax and keep your emotions in check. I hope you pull through. cheers.

I am a 2012 applicant but I lurk around here to see when should I start to wait for some news. I think as soon as nov/dec 2011 cases start getting replies that would be a good time for me to get my ducks in a row.
Wyz sister, I think you should hear a reply in next month of two. Hopefully sooner though so my file moves up quicker

Don't worry InshAllah you will get you passport with visa very soon , just stay positive.

Alright thanks! InshaAllah just waiting impatiently. I will be back in Pakistan by June and going until the end of my process. I just hope that they don't need me here for any reason. I'm a Canadian citizen so I don't think it should pose a problem...just worried and hope this whole process goes smoothly.

So your husband in pk got it? Ok that’s a good sign because my hubby’s address did not change, just mine here in Canada. I will be calling CIC tomorrow to fix it over the phone. But also, I emailed the CPP Ottawa just to ask them if they need any medical reassessment because I am concerned the one we sent with the application may now be expired. Waiting on them to email me back and on my GCMS notes. Thanks for all your help

It would definitely be a plus for you to see that things are moving along for earlier applicants No worries, I have requested my GCMS notes and sent an email to my visa office in Ottawa, I will update you guys on any good news or causes for delay once I get these things, so other members can get an idea for their cases as well.
