My hubby got His PP back with VISA Alhamdulillah! i am soooooooooooooooooooo happy!!!!! I cant express my feelings in words! yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

the process took 20 months since application filed........
PP sent on March 9
PP received with Visa March 21

Got Citizenship Alhamdulillah

I got Citizenship yesterday yayyyyyyyy
I wanted to share this to with you guys as you are my family
whole process took 21 months!

I got Citizenship yesterday yayyyyyyyy
I wanted to share this to with you guys as you are my family
whole process took 21 months!

MashaAllah by the grace of Almighty Allah (SWT) my husband received his passport back along with the rest of the documents.

Here is the complete timeline:
Application filed Mississauga: July 2011
Application received CHC Islamabad: September 2011
AOR received along with request of supplementary form: June 2012
Re medical request: September 2012
Medical done: October 2012
Passport request: February 2013
Passport return with visa: March 21st, 2013

Total time it took from the time file transferred to CHC Islamabad is 18 months.
I m thankful to Allah (SWT) for helping me out during this entire process time. It's a long wait but MashaAllah it all went well.

Thanks to Khilafah5, Danny 4450, Wes786 and many others for their valuable guidance on this forum.
I wish everyone a very best of luck. May all of us live a happy life with our spouse in this beautiful land Canada. And may we all be bless with beautiful children who will make us a proud parents and proud Pakistani and Canadian. Ameen. Also we do have members on this forum from Afghanistan, so same for them, proud parents and proud Afghani and Canadian. Ameen.

Hon. John McKay (Liberal) Scarborough is our MP and he is very nice & helpful Person.

Your MP is conservative MP Joe (Don Valley Parkway area) and his number is 416 443 0623, there is a sikh guy named Dedar Singh you would talking to who is his assistant

Hey guys 2nd time (TRV) visa got refused again ... I filed through lawyer the 2nd time, had all papers done properly but still they refused with 3 stupid reasons and return all papers in 22 days.. So my Question is, is it worth to try again?? or just wait for PR. Applying 3rd time would put my sponsorship at risk?
btw it's a wife case and file transfer to Islamabad was on Sep 27 2012.

is that when they start doing background check afyer ur RE PCC ?

Hello, for ordering GCMS notes under section A(4) it's "no" because you (the sponsor) is asking information for the applicant (your spouse.) and also since you select "no" you have to select the "consent included" also.

For C(4) it's "electronic files"...."immigration file/ permanent residence"....and put file number/Islamabad, Pakistan on the right side under file number/ location.
