Q: has anyone sent finger prints with their file?

If yes where did you get it from??

If no than why in the application package they have attached this requirement?

Hello, for ordering GCMS notes under section A(4) it's "no" because you (the sponsor) is asking information for the applicant (your spouse.) and also since you select "no" you have to select the "consent included" also.

For C(4) it's "electronic files"...."immigration file/ permanent residence"....and put file number/Islamabad, Pakistan on the right side under file number/ location.

why is the money transfer out of Pakistan impossible?

i always used money gram.. they charge $12 - 15 for $1000.00 and $18.00 for $2000.00 i guess.. cant remember exact charges .....they give acurate exchange rate

they require finger prints for citizenship in some cases not for sponsorship

Today my wife got call from cic Mississauga call centre and the lady on call says we received file inquiry email from your MP and i want to let you know that all issues are resolved and your file has been return forwarded to Islamabad for further process & currently your file "Inprocess" so soon you will hear something from Islamabad.

Guys I am really very grateful for your kind support and prayers,I pray you all have your prayers answered.May Allah preserve you all to reap the benefits of making dua and bring you closer to Allah (swt) and reunite to your spouses. section A(4) it is no. since you are requesting your spouse's file, not your own. You also need to check the consent included box, and include the consent form (IMM5744), the consent form changed January 2013, so you most likely have to fill that in and send it in. (Your spouse signs on the consent form authorizing you to request information on their behalf).

for question c(4) it is ELECTRONIC > IMMIGRATION FILE: PERMANENT RESIDENCE. if you choose physical then they will snail mail you the hardcopy and the delay to get those notes will be even longer!

well they can help with your name too i think.. i have another question, i need to know about GCMS notes. do i need to request for it??? or is it some kind of doc that CHC will send before my med req??

the GCMS notes are a copy of all the notes that your VO has put on your file. it helps you determine what has happened to your file or not. you don't want to order them too soon, since they won't contain anything at that point. from what i've seen on this forum it is usually around the 14month mark after file transfer where you want to order if you haven't received anything yet from CHC. as the timelines get shorter and shorter, i'm sure ordering them at the one year mark will have some details in it too by then!

if you have been called for an interview it is a good thing to order these so that you can address the concerns that the VO has marked on your file during your interview at the embassy. the notes do take about 30 days to be emailed to you.

my sister in laws husband got that request after his re-medical... and we think that was because he lived in US for 9-10yrs anyways he got it done by help of area police office. KArachi They told him where to go. he sent the finger prints and another letter clearance letter form US.

He now hold his passport with visa Alhamdollilah

my sister in laws husband got that request after his re-medical... and we think that was because he lived in US for 9-10yrs anyways he got it done by help of area police office. KArachi They told him where to go. he sent the finger prints and another letter clearance letter form US.

He now hold his passport with visa Alhamdollilah

since he was in the US for more than 6 months, did you include a FBI clearance certificate when you applied?
