One more question, as mentioned earlier, they can occasionally email PPR/Re-Med/Re-PCC. Do they send these to both the sponsor and principal applicant or just the applicant?

it took 5 months for my cousin to get pp back with visa after her status change, they req her pp and med at same time. husband case takes longer so wait, you will get it soon inshaAllah.

I know it takes a lil longer for those who get re-med and ppr together. But my concern is if anythibg has been lost on its way or anything cause my husband's status changed on Feb 19,2013 and he hasn't gotten ppr yet. I am not concerned about re-med cause its valid until Nov 2013

I know it takes a lil longer for those who get re-med and ppr together. But my concern is if anythibg has been lost on its way or anything cause my husband's status changed on Feb 19,2013 and he hasn't gotten ppr yet. I am not concerned about re-med cause its valid until Nov 2013

just cause the status has change to "in process" it does not mean that they actually sent you anything. Not all VOs update with the ecas with this status, so there isn't much of a link between this status update and you obtaining any request from them. Its normal.

i live in isb only.. but that doesnt matter, tcs delivers everywhere in pakistan in a day only..

they may get the package into their main office at each city in pakistan in one day but they do not deliver it in one day. in karachi, it took my wife 3 days to get the package after it was sent by CHC via TCS.

no link between the two. they ask for the remed once the VO is going through your file and sends you the remed request, it is not requested based on the expiry of the previous one. in some cases they have asked for remed and PPR together, thus it was at the end of their processing of your file, others it was sooner so it was just remed and then later on the PPR once they are ready to issue.

but i just came to know dat my file is in Ottawa after they emailed us....i don't know wat these ppl are doing...its been 15 months for me since i applied the file and not even a single letter

Please someone help me...My wife has been accepted as a Permanent Resident to Canada and now I am trying to get my 2 month old son to come with us as fast as possible before I leave back to Canada. My son is a Canadian Citizen through descent because of me. I am trying to get him a Canadian Passport however one of the requirements is Certificate of Registration of Birth Abroad. (For a child application, the child's foreign birth certificate that indicates names of parents must also be included)

I have the birth certificate of my son which is in English stating both his parent's names, but how do I get a Certificate of Registration of Birth Abroad? What is it? Please time is ticking and I dont know what to do

Also the fee for the Canadian Passport is $20 but how do I pay it. I have $20 Canadian Cash with me here in Pakistan but dont know if that will be accepted

One birth certificate tht Pakistan Nadra issued is fine and pay fee In rupees bank draft from standard charteredin Islamabad chc I name

I am really sorry for all the stress you go through ........... ONLY the sponsor (your wife) can Withdraw your case

CHC-ISB can only REJECT your case if they are NOT satisified but they cannot WITHDRAW

ONLY APPLICANT CAN WITHDRAW

TO withdraw a case the applicant (sponsor) has to send CHC-ISB a written request, file number Date of birth andd copy of ID cards, someone cannot fake all the info on her behalf

apply for CAIPS/GCMS notes and you will see that your SPONSOR has withdrawn the case

I dont know about the Pakistan Nadra birth certificate but the place my son was born issued his birth certificate and it also has many stamps and signatures on the back. I did pay the fee to and gave them the green copy but they returned all this back saying I failed to submit the Temporary Resident Visa Form.

Where would I sent these birth certificate, chartered bank fee, etc. To the Visa Section or to the Immigration Section. The first time I sent it prior to them returning it back was the visa section. But today I sent everything back including the TRV form to the Immigration Section.

i havent got my documents back,,, just my visa stamped and those 2 pages...
n all the additional information garbage has come back,,,
so should i email them to send me my documents back or what...
