aoa everyone!!

I have been away for about a week cause my uncle in UK had a car accident
and he passed away .. I need your prayers!!

Thanks to allmightly Allah, what felt as endless waiting has come to its end...today my wife recieved her passport
stamped with visa and two copies of COPR. Visa was stamped on Mar 4 and ecas status changed to 'Decision Made' with Canadian address
anywhere between Mar 6 and Mar 11.
It is about 20 months since application was recieved in Islamabad...20 very long and stressful months...it is hard to put in words
how exhilirated and grateful we both and our families are. With deep gratitude comes prayers that everyone here
who is waiting for their PR get it very very soon. I hope and pray that long waiting times of last couple of years come down to reasonable and humane level. Certainly no one deserve to have to go through this. Best wishes and prayers for all of you folks.

Congratulations to all of you who got good news!!! March doesn't seem to be like February. I remember in February every page of the forum I looked there was something exciting and good news everywhere. Looking forward to the end of March. Inshallah.

congratulations! this has to improve the spirits of all those waiting, another case that was done in ~20 months and not the full 28 months, inshallah in the next update the estimated timeline will be reduced from 28!

I think if sooner is the case than it would be my med as it expires in sept 2013 too...... so what should i do should i write to them or what kindly suggest.......

sorry i misread your initial post, i thought it was valid for 6 months, and it was expiring soon, but i just reread it and see that you said that it was submitted recently. insha allah you should be getting your PPR soon. you are right that currently it seems that the return of PP after PPR is taking a few months, so mentally you should expect to be travelling in the late summer to canada (unless there is some other concerns that the VO has, i don't think another remed would be requested). however, until you get the COPR back from CHC no one can say for sure.

have you ordered your GCMS notes yet? do so now, just to see if the VO is waiting on anything else other than the PCC from you.

or you can also try calling the immigration office in Mississauga..they might know something.

well I think this is kinda serious.

agar ap ki wife canada main hain toh call her .. kia pata unho ne application withdraw karwayi ho.

ap k status ka matlab yeh tha k ap ki application cancel ho gai hai.. aur case band hogaya hai. mail main koi letter etc aye ga..
