salam friends,

Just wanted to share this information with you guys,by grace of God my son's canadian passport came in today .... and im still waiting for my PPR and i have sent my rePCC yesterday to CHC which got recieved today lets see whens my PPR and Visa thing going to happen .... hopefully soon.

well first we applied for his citizen ship certificate then when that came i applied for passport it took abt 5 mo nths for all that to happen

Salam dear.hope u r fi e..no I still didn't get my pp.im really worry about it. Dont know why they not returni g my pp...I hope tcs will b a secure courier. ...plz pray for me

Dear forum member. A decision was made on my case on 7th march and address change into Canadian address o 9th march.i still didn't get my pp. Should I wait for tcs to deliver it to my home address or should go to tcs main office? What if im not home so will they give the pp to my family members? Plz reply if any body knows.thx

congrats Atif ... its a wait thing now. It took my wife (in karachi) about 4 days before she got her pp after the decision made status on ecas. if you need to do somethign cause waiting at this time is just annoying, what i did was go through the TCS tracking numbers and find the one that matched my wife's name and her city ... this gave me some relief that it was on its way and what the expected delivery date was. they did deliver at her house afer callign her to confirm the address and advising her how much the COD (charge on delivery) fee was and to have that cash ready for the delivery guy. her brother signed for the package and accepted it, so they do let family members residing at the same address sign for it.

Wsalam.. take a look at my timeline.. i applied in april 2011 and got a response from them a year later..

no need to worry, just make sure if you have any additional proof just send it to them and send them anything and everything you have so you are not put in the interview que..

Also, if you are really worried, you can order GCMS notes.. this basically tells you everything any anything on your account and any notes that were taken or put and where your file currently stands.. its 5$ and takes a bit.. there is absolutely NO point in emailing these guys though..

Ordering GCMS notes or contacting an MP would do the job Inshaa Allah!
First preference should be contacting an MP as GCMS thing would take time .

That s why im worrying abt it.i send my pp one dsy before than him.chc return his pp and im still waiting

dont worry its just the matter of 2 or 3 more days... every case is different from other so dont compare your case with anyone.. may be the person who is supposed to send your PP is not so active so after decision made we should atleast give them a week to return PP...
just get ready.. pack your bags... reserve your seat and you will get it

My quesiton is .......... it used to show Consignee name which is generally the name of applicant, as of yesterday it does not show any such name, is it normal or did TCS change their practice
