Let me tell u my most painful experience during this whole process of 17 months,
I would say The most painful and hurting phase of this whole process is Post PPR phase of 63 days(as far as my opinion is concerned), I cannot narrate in words how much i got disappointment and pinched feelings even sometime thinking about myself as psychiatric patient after sending My PP to CHC till Decision made on ecase.
So bro i have little suggestion for u , Just try to be away from this forum after sending PP and d'nt check ecase frequently.
Try to get urself busy in other activities like spend time with ur buddies, books ,tv , movies ,other healthy activities.

You're so right canadian immi ..too much of forum or checking ecas can also add to the misery!
Atif Sehgal : It will be smooth and you will get your passport back with visa stamped soon inshaa Allah!

Dear merrakhawaab,
Dont worry its not necessary for the sponsor to be working or owning house, according to IRPA no minimum income is require to sponsor a spouse. However your spouse can visit you and stay with you in Pakistan.

The only restriction is the sponsor is not on income assistance / Social welfare. Financial problem cannot hinder in your case, to make your case looks stronger i recommend to get a notarized document which shows financial support by your spouse parents or any other close relatives.

that is true for financial purposes but for staying longer then 6 months sometimes can get u in trouble.
depends on ur faith n luck, a few member stayed longer then 6 months n their cases processed normally, (probably they didnt inform CHC) otherwise if CHC knos ur staying in Pakistan for more then 4 months they delay ur case on purpose thinking that u dont want to be in Canada wit ur spouse.

Best of Luck :D

please help.
.

no its not a problem, when my sister in law sponsored her husband she was expecting their baby and was living in a rented basement since she just moved to canada two months before sponsoring her husband, she didnt have any extra money on her. they just filed the case as it was stating all the facts. nothing extra and just wrote a letter with the application that she wants her husband to be bale to come before the baby is born , although tht didnt help cause he even missed his son's first birhday but he got the immigration in 16 months time. and my sister in law bought her 4 month old son to visit family in pak and stayed for five months. even that didnt effect their process negatively.

when i will get my ppr..................................................... :( :( :(

i think for sponsorship process, fi the sponsor is a PR, they have to stay in Canada, but that doesn't apply for citizens.

Dear All,

i have one question that after ecase went to "in process", is there still any chance for interview or it has waived.

Please reply if any experiance.

Thnx.

based on my understanding, I don't think they will ask for interview at this point. They would've asked for interview long ago. I think the only reason they would put you in interview queue is if they doubt the relationship. Insha Allah, just like the many others (including my wife), you will be getting ppr shortly.

If you are still concerned...order GCMS notes, takes a while but on there sometimes they indicate if interview has been waived and you can also read the notes.
