kindly guide me those who have sent their passport now waiting for visa as they have asked in the form that i need to send all family members pics ,so does it mean only my children who ll accompany me or my husband pics too who has sponsored me ??? secondly my children are canadian citizens born outside canada ,and their citizenship proof certificate had already been requested back in sep 2011 when my husband filed my application.so my question is as they ll get their canadian passports inshallah ,should i also add them and send their pakisatni passport with their medicals as it has been mentioned in my form ???? kindly guide me ...my children passport case is different than me they are waitng for their canadian passport ,what should i do ??

Hi everyone! i emailed today to ottawa asking the status of my application and also asked that if remedical request wan sent or not because my MP told me last month that remedical request should be on its way.. after 45mins i got an email from ottawa that my email is not authorized on this file and they cant disclose this info to me. and if i want to change email on my file i should send them a paper signed by me in mail. it is because they have my representative's email on my file and her mailing address. my representative seems to be very careful ,she got my citizenship test letter and never informed me, i saw my status online and found that for my citizenship test they sent me a letter on her address, she is my representative only for spousal sponsorship. I don't rely on her anymore,, imagine if she receives some correspondence for my husband i dont know if she will even check her email or mails. if i change my mailing and email address on my file will it slower my case ??? is it preferable to do that? and if yes how can i change my email and mailing address? thank you in advance

You can change the authorized individual on your file by filling int he following form and sending it in. You can only have one person at at time, so when you send in a new one appointing someone the old person gets removed. Or to be sure, just send one to have the rep removed as authorized from your file and have them send all correspondences to you directly.

Is there any time frame to fly to Canada when we received back passport with visa?

There is a time frame. You have to land in canada before your visa expires. The single-entry visa when stamped on your passport has an expiry date that is same as the earlier of these two options,

• Expiry of the Passport
• Expiry of the latest medical exam

guyz plz help ...me getting to nervous how to fill passport form ? they have asked abt dependent children as i have mentioned above my children are canadian citizen born outside canada and their proof of citizenship ahd already been requested,,should i mention them in the form or not ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? because they have asked for children passport too ???? should i apply for their facilitation visa or temporary passport and send it with my passport ???????or its not needed plzz help

Today I received Passport Request. They mentioned in their letter that I should send them passport with a ‘Pre-Paid Envelope' through TCS or Fedex.

I talked with both TCS and Fedex and they informed that they do not provide any service like prepaid envelope etc. and they asked me to dispatch the passport and then embassy will send back me the passport and I have to pay them at the time of delivery of passport.

Anybody who has recently dispatched passport can guide me in this regard?

TCS and fedex don't do prepaid envelopes in pakistan, but only preaddressed and then the embassy will send it back to you as COD (Charge on Delivery). the courrier delivery guy will request payment for the shipment when he delivers the package, and will not release it to you without receiving the payment.

i received it today feb 27 but its dated feb 23
and they havent asked for any flight details...
should i send them my reservation or not ?

dont worry abt pre-paid....CHC letter is a standard one. Just send ur passport with two photographs and fill the information on the form and send it to CHC Islamabad. They will send ur Passport back with visa with COD (cash on delivery) instructions.

your visa is valid untill your medical is expired or passport is expired.. whichever expires first will expire your visa
