I WATCH UR TIMELINE WHAT IS UR CASE CURRENT STATUS??
IS THIS NIKKAH ONLY CASE?? WIFE OR HUBBY???

So far, it's based on Nikah....I told them that Rukhsati will take place in Feb 2013 so I guess they are just waiting for that....I hope it doesn't take long after that Insha Allah!

My hubby received his passport today me so happy it almost took 26 Months his case would have been done early but due to some problem going on with july re-medicals thts y he received his pp late.

i would lyk to thxs qamalik N wes786 for being helpful.

i wish jaania,became-a-loner,R-Mujagni,sabii,impulsive,mera kawab,canadian bear case will b done soon Inshallah.

lastly i wanna say b patience its nothing to do with CIC its all about ur documents how u sended N what proofs u sending them N at what tym.

So here I am, sleeping in my bed at 4:30 am in Canada, awakened by a call from my wife in Pakistan informing me that she received her passport back with the visa stamped ... I hope everyone else, waiting passports to be returned, will inshaAllah get their passports back.

If you already done this before, you should have more experience then us as you have already gone through this before. Good News!!

Allah ka lakh shukhar hai, my hubby got passport back with visaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!! It took 17 days after it was received at CHC. These have been the longest 23 months of my life and I can't thank Allah enough for taking me and my husband out of this misery. I wish from the bottom of my heart that all of you get visas very soon and may all loves ones be re-united.

Here is my complete timeline start to finish :

Doc's Request.: Mar 13/12
Med's Request: June 6/12
Med's Done....: June 8/12- updated as received on E-CAS on June 28/12
Interview........: waived
Passport Req..: Jan 19/13 received my CHC Dec. 22/13
Decision Made: Jan 31/13
Address updated: Feb. 1/13
Passport returned: Feb. 9/13

but its better if you fill out the form in plane because if you fill it out at the airport you might fall behind in the line 8)
