Salam,

Now I am not sure how long it would take for a new immigrant to take from the process of landing, plane arrival, and getting your baggage. But usually, As I have made a trip to Pakistan and back it takes about 15-30 minutes. There is some different scenarios for example.

Normal Trip back would be 15-30 minutes.

There is another case where when traveling you will see 4 S's on your ticket. That means they do special security checks on you for example they take you aside open your bags ask you where you are going, reason of trip, etc. If your husband has those on his tickets then the process of landing, arrivals, grabbing luggage and meeting you guys would take anywhere from 25-50 minutes.

These times are approximate and honestly there is nothing to worry about even if he has the 4 S's, all that means is they will ask him some extra questions and open his bag.

I JUST GOT EMAIL FROM CANADA POST SAYING THAT THEY HAD A PACKAGE FOR ME BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DELIVER AS NO ONE RESPOND AT MY HOUSE....SO I THOUGHT IT MUST BE SOMETHING FROM CHC AND WHAT I DID IS CLICK ON THE LINK BUT NOTHING SHOWS UP THEN I COPY THE TRACKING NUMBER AND GONE ON THEIR WEBSITE AND AS SOON AS I PUT THAT INN IT SHOWS ME THAT IT WAS A FRAUDLENT EMAIL AND I SHOULDNT BE CLICKING ON THAT LINK AS IT MAY HAVE VIRUS....I DONT KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY EMAIL (ALLAH NA KARE K KCH BHI HO)

I JST WANT TO SHARE IT WITH ALL OF YOU ASAP AS I DONT WANT ANYONE TO THINK THAT ITS AN EMAIL FROM CHC AND THEN ENDING UP WITH VIRUS.

im not new to this forum as i have been reading all of ur posts bt i never logged in so this is my first post..... im also a 2011 applicant n my RE-MEDICAL was also done in july 2012.. im a wife case... my second anniversary was today 13 feb n im really sad that still no ppr
but from past few days i have seen alot of people getting ppr n pp so im also very hopefull

Sabi sis add me also in the list of july re-medical waiting for ppr

n yeah about the E-case that most of people cant access it itz cz CIC is updating the website dats y... my hubby called our mp to ask about the prob he told him dat this is the prob... so dont worry be HAPPY

I don't like it either.. We are a very depressed family, we already have alot to worry about so no offensive comments. Especially for someone like sabii cause she is helping make a list to make things easier for us

Thankfully we have recieved passport request from CHC-ISL at Pakistan address. However my wife is in Canada with me on visitor visa which is extended till next year. We are not sure if we can send the passport from here or should she travel herself to Pakistan on short notice. Please folks advice who ever has any exprience or knowledge about it.
