My wife has sent her passport in September but later was sent another form requesting more forms to be completed and also to send child's birth certificate and passport to Islamabad when born. Tomorrow I am going to go to MP to see what the hell they doing with my case and why would I send passport if my child will be automatically Canadian. I am planning on going to Pakistan in first week of feburary and planning to stay 45-2.5 months and want my wife and son to come with me.

I just guessing according to my notes HERE IS STORY:

(In first preliminary assessment VO put my file in interview Que). SO, after this my file kicked out from regular Que. That's why applicants around my time line got the remedial or ppr. So regular Que keep going on without file whom kicked out from regular Que.

But after months sending them more proofs VO believe our or anybody marriages and relationship is genuine in this stage he put back our files in that above mention group for review by DMA for the next course of action but not back in regular Que.

So, I guess may they dived our files in different groups.

Example Groups like:

Simple State forward, incomplete files, interview, after interview Que and more review group.

Wow see there is someone sharing my group.
Mine notes also generate on Nov 7th, and I plans to order after three month from Nov.

You can orders as u wish. But I think we should order minimum 8 weeks after from last generate date.
Because I notice there is activities on file after every 6-8 weeks. So, we can see new developments on our file.

Mine update date was Oct 16, and file into this group.

i alreday send the PP as requested by CHC-I by phone & also letter sent by them to me , but i wonder if there is any issue becoz i sent the PP via TCS on 31st dec and Tcs didnot accept the advance money for return mail from them but they told it will be done on delivery i,e the guy who will recieve it will pay for it and also CHC-I recvd it on 2nd Jan 2013,

my concerns
1- how many days they will take to send back after the passport after stampin the visa
2- 2nd advance money for courier return charges , is it any problem with that?

no that's not a problem because TCS does not have an option advance payment

no one knows how long it will take for passport to come back
it can take 10 days or it can take 8 months

but when your passport does come back you will have to pay your courier guy anywhere between RS200 to RS500 for your package containing your passport and in some cases that package might also include all the documents that you sent to CHC like your educational documents your nikahnama your pictures and all that
