CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

He has mentionned it in the forms when we applied for his sponsorship. CIC hasn't asked about it yet. This is the only trip he made out of Pakistan.

Gosh! I just remember that I too have travel history. And, those were official tours i made on an official passport. And, I am a govt. official.

I wonder if chc suspects me as an agent or something

Dates are just numbers, stop making them drive your life or you'll be miserable all along. Learnt it the hard way.

A little story apart:
When i went to pk this september on a PIA flight, there was this flight attendant who was really nice with my mom and before we landed in Islamabad. He gave his # to my mom saying that if mom wants to do my rishta with him. She can call him at his # and come visit his parents in Islamabad. He was goodlooking and i felt bad for him lol I didn't tell him that I already had a nikah. I even told my hubby about him to which my hubby said that I can do what feels right to me. Since, I saved his # in my phone he contacted me yesterday on whatsapp saying that he was waiting for my mom in pk. I felt sad and told him that i'm married but i have a sis lolz to which he said we can be good friends.

Now i have a PIA flight attendant friend lolz

Latest from my side

And so it turns out that my sweet hubby showed our GCMS notes to a lawyer. And then we got our shock of the life time! According to the GCMS notes, CHC MISPLACED our file!

We are yet to chalk out our strategy with the help of lawyer. Do pray for us that this pain is over for us sooner, as Canadian Immigration has become a stinking sore in our lives, and we simply can't wait for this nightmare to be over.

Any suggestions regarding our latest fix are welcome.


And of course, i suggest that each one of the 2010 and early 2011 cases order their GCMS notes, and get them checked by a lawyer because there are some things that we might not be able to recognize as CHC Malfunction

Yes you are right but this day is the most important and special day of someone's life and of course want to celebrate with the spouse...
