Anyone here got a passport request recently i.e. in Oct or Nov? And did you get the passport back yet?
My husband just got a passport request last week on Dec 12 and we are wondering how long its going these days to get the passport back from the embassy?
I know someone who got their passport back after 4 months
We have waited enough!!!

remed was asked and sent to them in May 2012. They just asked for passport only. Online status says in process. We applied in Feb 2011 and they received our docs in Isl on March 18 2012. Since then we havent received anything until the remedical in May 2012.
Thats pretty much it. Its been pretty steady for us Alhamdullilah. But yes its been taking its SWEET time with no interruptions

In that case u will get back passport within 3 or 4 week In sha Allah.bcz they have already done with ur checks etc.

Yes, that can affect the sponsorship of the applicant.

i dont think soo tht affects sponsership cuz both my kids are getting them and it didnt affect the sponsership we aasked the lawyer only welfare affects the sponsership cuz as soon as u start recieveing welfare cic automatically find out cuz it goes n the computer child care and welfare r 2 differant things u can ask other forum members as well

Its not part of welfare and it doesnt have any effect on sponsorship
