Is there any one who filed case to sponser his wife (nikkah only) case filed in 2011. Mine is nikkah only case i need some help from senior members what happend if the case is nikkah only did they ask for rukhsati or put it in the interview que .

I like to hear from someone whos case like mine what does happend what kind of letter recived any objection letter or something .

Mine is a Nikah only case too; I am planning to go in Feb 13 for Rukhsati. I have already sent them some proof voluntarily like hall booking receipts, etc. to indicate that the plans are now final Insha Allah!

According to my GCMS notes my file is in interview queue but I haven't received any correspondence of such a nature from them. Nevertheless, I will do Rukhsati and immediately send all the proofs voluntarily and suggest that you do the same. May Allah help you! Amin! And best of luck....

if u find out your tracking# then no need to worry just call tcs helpline 051-111-123-456 and give them tracking# and then they will tell you that exact location of your shipment......

BTW Wont they ask how I found out the tracking number. And How can I know its my wife it only says 1st name and city

address IOM SUB OFFICE Lahore (SOL) xxxxxxxxx ,NEAR KALMA CHOK
BEHIND ZAINAB HOSPITAL PH xxxxxxxx.

I don't see this address on the offical DMP list

I am afraid they don't lose the medical ? Any tip, guidance is appreciated

Mine too. I got 2nd remedical and updated IMM forms in July..

We only did Nikah when we filed our case. The file was transferred to Islamabad in June 2011. We mentionned in the application that ours is a Nikah only case and we plan to do the reception when my hubby gets his visa. We didn't send anything to CIC by ourselves, nor did we plan to do a Ruksati. CIC didn't contact us until September 2012. We received the letter asking for additional documents and if we failed to provide the documents within 30 days CIC would delay and may refuse the sponsorship.
Thing asked were:

1) SUpp. Forms

2)Evidence of contact and recent communication with sponsor since the submission of the application. This may include copies of emails, original telephone bills that clearly indicate phone # dialed and date of calls received, cards/letters with envelopes addressed from you or your sponsor that indicate correspondance was sent, and documentary evidence that your sponsor is now supporting you financially. Telephone cards are not acceptable proof and should not be submitted. For such cards you must provide the record issued by the telephone company of calls made with those cards.

3)Submit 15-20 printed photographs of you and your sponsor with relatives and friends. Photos submitted should be comprised by the Nikkah (wedding) and Ruksati celebration as well as pictures taken of you and your sponsor together on other occasions before or after the wedding. Please ensure that all photographs are clearly labelled in English or French with the names of the persons appearing in the picture, their relation with you or your sponsor, the date and place the photo was taken, and the occasion or event displayed in the photo. Do not submit photos in albums or binders and do not provide electronic photo CDs.

4)If you and your sponsor have not consummated your marriage or had a Ruksati celebration, please provide an explanation as to when you plan to consummate and what your plans are for your marriage in the event you are refused a permanent resident visa.

5) If your sponsor has visited you in Pakistan since the submission of the application, submit evidence of this including a copy of the passport showing arrival and departure stamps, airline tickets, boarding passes and photos of your time spent together.

After receiving this letter, I decided to go to Pakistan and collect all these proofs and we sent them to CIC by the end of September 2012. After exactly 2 months, my hubby received the second letter from CIC since we applied for the sponsorship. This time CIC asked for my hubby’s remed (which was expired since March 2012), we voluntarily decided to send his valid police certificate because the one we submitted during filing his sponsorship was expired and CIC didn’t ask for it. In this 2nd letter CIC also asked for three forms to be filled: IMM0008, IMM5406, and IMM5669. CIC also asked this time for Post-wedding pictures taken with family members on different stages. We have submitted all this and now are waiting to see what CIC does nxt. I think you should send all these proofs voluntarily as soon as you can. It will prevent delaying your case.

I am planing to go back in january to complete rukhsati my question is should i wait for sending additional proofs for rukhsati and should i send them .

They ll send u interview date when u provide them rukhsati pics and proofs this is wat they hav done with my sis they stop corresponding when they came to know that rukhsati ll take place owhen she called them thet told in very derogating way that let rukhsati take pkace u send us proofs then we ll open ur file and they day she sent proofs of rukhsati they sent her interview vall in 15 days so u must sent them proofs as early as possible then they ll give u interview call hopefully

what about the PR Card Application (IMM 5444E) ? Do I have to carry it and pay the fee online before landing. ?

I don't think they will...I mean think about when you purchase an item off the web, you're given a tracking number for your package. So, just confirm the address...if its your address then you know its for you.
