Hello Everyone,

I am sponsoring my wife from Pakistan. My timeline is this:

Married - July 2011
Case sent - September 2011
Case Received by Immigration - Dec 2011
Request for additional Docs (QC selection and Supplementary form), but I sent recent communications, bank statements, police certificate, money transfers as well - July 2012
Re-Medical Request - 01 Oct 2012
Re-Medical Done - 04 Oct 2012
Passport Request - 28 Nov 2012
Passport Sent - 1 Dec 2012

What is the MAX and what is the MIN time to get the passport back? And by requesting the passport, does it mean everything is clear and ok?

Docs Review: in reply to our AOR let applicant proved following docs: for proof of contact such as phon bill, skype log, money transfer, proof spr vist after marriage and photo taken at different stage as couple and with group, socializing in parties, couple in their normal dresses and looks at comfort level.
Initially, I have put file in interviewqueue but after seeing the proofs of contact and photos of SPR'S last visit after the marriage and on going spousal relationship appear to be genuine. Even thought SPR 15 years senior then fn.

I am Canadian too, whats your point? I have lived outside of Pakistan since age of 1, yes...that's right...other than being born in Pakistan most of my life has been in the West. I lived for maybe 2 years in Saudia then in U.S. and then in Canada. Lived in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary.

Yes those people are idiots and probably type using 1 finger as if they're pointing at the letter. That is probably why they're so slow and inefficient.

Come on you CHC-Idiots, finish my paper work! I want to live with my wife in this world too, not just in my grave and the hereafter!
