I have the same timeline as yours...its a wife case, I am a professional accountant and have MBA, already got my CGA for Canada while sitting here but havent even gotten a remed request yet...my file got transferred 25th Jan 2012

its doesnt matter wat profession u are in or how much u make, the cases are done the way CHC wants it and its in order, but depends on wen u get visa....

Yea, That is what I meant that I dont think it matters...to be honest they dont even use any sequence..some ppl get it real quick nd some wait for years..Oh God help us

Its just that ...... the application that is first in .... goes out of the pile ..... and goes where they cant find it .... before the whole pile is done

Medical results have been received
Does it mean that they are satisfied with medical results?

One more thing I want to ask please mention degree / qualification of your wife. And also please let us know that you filed your application yourself or through some lawyer / consultant?

Sorry for late replay, it's all depend on case and who is handling it, my wife was just so lucky to get her visa within 9 month I never thought of that we did hire a lawyer for the case he did his part but every time I called to see if he got anything all they did was wait, I think only reason she got her visa fast because of her medical was going to expire soon, and when they open the file they problem say that, and I had big weeding which was last for weeks and I send then around 100 pictures which had lots pictures of other people and I wrote on the back who they are and she did same when they ask her for more proff plus emails, text, phone history and many more. She does has accounting degree and her sister also lives in Canada who was sponcer by her husband 5 years ago.

Do you still see your address (PaK) after decision made ? or chagned to canadian address ?
my status also changed to decision made on 3rd but with the current paki address.

my medical is updated and my file is on wvr and caips tell us that my file will be reviewd 2nd time. tommorow on 6th nov.
what will b the next step of chc???? everything is oky from my side how much they will take to send me ppr???? any idea

I really dont know why CHC dont change the status of my ECAS from Application recieved into Process, even did Remedical on 18th july and send REPCC on 1st Otctober....still waiting for PPR. but nothing happens yet. Does anyone know how long will it take?
