I m so happy today, thanks to Allah swta so much, my wife got her passport back with visa yesterday.

My time line ;D ;D

Application was filed on Jan 11, 2012
AOR and file transfer to Islamabad March 11, 2012
Additional document April 5, 2012
Due to medical expiring on DEC 02,2012
She Got call from Islamabad on Oct 8th asked if she can make it before Medical expires. We said yes

PPR on Email Oct 10, 2012
Passports send Oct 11, 2012

Passport back with visa Nov 01 2012

but nothing heard at yet & my medical will also expire in 12,December 2012

its not fair Islamabad embassy is not handling cases equally & they are just playing with our emotions & feelings :'(

Just pray for everybody else. Your case looks like an exception usually it doesn't work out this quick!

what i have learn from this is it is really important to have give them all the prof at the being of your case, i had medical and police clearance done before plus i had a lawyer who know how this all works out, before i went to get married in sep 2011 i had all the paper work ready my wife just had to sign it.

so all i am saying that did all my search plus i had the file organized by the lawyer and i did not other cic for anything, when they ask for something i send it with in time.

they dont reply on time n wen they do reply they relly to old msgs. Dont worri they up ur file soon n u will get ut request for remd n ppr soon jus pray n have faith in Allah swt

does your ecase shows medical received, because her medical did not show on esase till late sep ones it did then she got call from cic after two weeks.

in this case two thing can possible happen, either they have not received your medical or they have not reopen your file after addication doc were send.

so i would say just pray and wait most husband case takes 14 to 16 months

but allah is great he knows the best for us

It just means that they were bored of doing nothing, and decided to break the monotony.

Congratulations lucky man! It took 9 months to complete your application, they OPENED my file for the first time after 13 months and they haven't opened it ONCE in the last 4 months.

My application was filed on 11dec 2011
my Husband got email dat the application reached at CIC on 31st jan 2012
Got transferred to Islamabad at 7th February 2012...
No news as yet. My med was done in Nov 2011.
Ecas shows Application recieved...since February.
Although m veryyy happyy for you Safi ! but yet i don't get it ! how come Isloo processed your file first ?? Don't they follow according to file number ? ??? ???

And the additional docs u mentioned abt sending them later...so we have alreadyyy submitted the mentioned docss wid our applicationnnn !! sooo yyyyyyyy ! no news ! this is frustrating ! :'( :'( :'( :'(
