Does anyone know if it is possible to have lost REMED or did not send it? My wife originally did her Remed on Sep 10 but they did not perform an Xray on her. So on Oct 4 she went to Islamabad IOM for chest xray but she had no papers or passport with her. I believe she gave them her file number that starts with a B. Her passport has been with Islamabad Visa Office since Sep 14. Is there any way of finding out whether the chest xray (done Oct 4) has been sent and attached with her ReMed(that was done Sep 14)?

Hi Princesss, our timelines r the same i mean my case is also in May 2011 n its husband case but i got remedical n repolice n some other requested docs in June n i resent them at the end of June 2012 but its abut 4 months waiting for PPR i dont know how long more do i wait for PPR

My eCAS status is showing we received your application on 02/10/2011. I recently received Re-Medical Letter. I just want to match my status with others.

I would think around 30 - 45 days. Your passport is with them already ? So how did you do your Re-medical ?

Look for medical received on your E-case and then "Decision made". One you see decision made, it would mean that they have stamped the Visa on the passport.

Well my passport's already been with them for 2 and a half months. The latest news from them was the medical furtherance with was requested on 18th September. It was arranged by IOM, who said that they received instructions to get it done urgently. CHC didn't contact me directly for it.

when did u recieve the call?? i recieved it on 9 oct and still no update on medical results received thing.

Your best bet would be to send an email to CHC-Islamabad inquiring if they received the chest x-ray as your wife did it on Oct 4th and wait for their response.

You can also order GCMS notes and see if there is an update on your wife's file.

My spouse received GCMS Note in AOR, and i email chc for file no and reply informed that is your file no which we mentioned in AOR, when i put the details on cic.gc website there is no data.

Your wife can't receive GCMS notes in AOR. I think you are confusing GCMS notes with AOR.

The file number your wife got must start with F. Go to CIC website link I posted earlier and put the file number there along with your information. Make sure you put the correct information as filed by you in the forms.

I don't know how long will it take for cic to send repcc or remed or visa or anything.. at least they asked for ruksati proofs and supp forms in September 2012.. kuch to kiya hai na CIC nay abhi tuk.. I wish my hubby comes to Canada before January if he doesn't.. well in January I will wish something new lol

Acha g thxs ... Phone call was received on 23rd oct .... Yah still they haven't received medical results from new Delhi ... But if u notice fozi987 received a phone call on sep 11 or 19 so it took almost 20 to 30 days when her hubby received his pp back with visa on 10th oct ... So atleast we must wait a month since the day we received the phone call.

Wasai what did they ask u n what proof u sended them.

So what is this why above mentioned GCMS Notes ? I was checking the status of step 1 of sponsership through chc by my client id no after that file transferred to islamabad i am not able to see the status, I emailed CHC ISB to provide me file no and update me about the status of my spouse case, they reply me as below

Your application is in process. No further action is required by you at this time.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Medical was done on 20th July n same day passport was send... Only coz of medical result it's taking so long .... But ur case is bit different they received ur medical on 30th aug n they haven't return ur pp back u must contact them well I must say same for innocent....hopefully we all b done in nov inshallah.

I think my status changing to "In Process" might mean they have received medical results and have everything they require. I have a feeling its going to rain alot in November

Your remedical and mine was done almost on the same dates. I have seen progress on ECAS which might mean they are finalizing the case now. All JULY remedical cases i think are being expedited now
