ALHUMDULILAH ALHUMDULILAH ALHUMDULILAH

Finally time to share good news My husband received the passport today MASHALLAH

It took 14 months nd 24 days since application filed.

JazakAllah from me nd my husband. really thnkful to everyone on this forum who has helped us through this tough time, guided us nd prayed for us.

May Allah S.W.T. bring this day of happiness to all of you very soon nd unite u with ur spouses sooon Ameeen . I pray for everyone nd will keep doing. JazakAllah

I already did this, I already sent all these docs. And my wife doesn't know if it was a DVD she sent or VCD, we even tried to make a copy but those stupid computer shops don't even have as much knowledge as I DO. I can't believe it, I should go back to Pakistan and open my own computer shop. Name it " REAL CANADIAN IT GUY". Couldn't even make a copy of a DVD, what a shame.

And my parents who are TOO CHEAP decided to take only a few photo's and hired an idiot who uses old cassette model recorder. I have already sent whatever pictures I had (which were from my own cell phone camera) and my wife just recently sent whatever she had with the marriage video. I already wrote the family member's names, we don't have many because a lot of them are bad anyways and don't like us. Some didn't even show up in my wedding. My wedding consisted of a small portion of the family, because a lot of them hate us now. My wife lived all her life in Quetta, she doesn't have many members of the family in Pindi either. My wife doesn't like money or materialistic stuff. Every time I ask if she wants money the answer is NO. I send a small amount every few months. For some amazing reason I don't have all the receipts, I had 3 which I already sent and now I have 1 additional one that I can send. She stays with her parents, its not like they take rent from her or ask her to pay for the food.

I am fed up, I don't even feel like working on this case anymore but I have no choice. I am just re-sending the pics I have and I have asked wife to make VCD of the original cassette's she has. (yea my parents were so cheap they hired one that still uses Cassette recording).

I'm sorry to hear about your dilemma, but I don't think you should give up on this. In life, we face many problems, but God has so created this world that every problem has a solution. Every disease has a cure, even tho we may not know it yet.

Here's an idea... take screen shots from your video recording and print those out and send as pictures? And pray; Insha Allah everything will be alright. The blessing is in obedience to parents' decision.

Take my case for eg. Many people had warned me not to have Nikah only; instead have a proper wedding. But my parents didn't want that as my wife was studying and didn't want to disrupt her studies. So, I kept quiet and we had a grand function along with Nikah, with an important element missing: Rukhsati. And now I'm suffering as my GCMS notes state that my case is in interview queue because the marriage was not consummated. I only take my case to my God. No point blaming my parents for something they did only for our betterment from THEIR perspective.

i dont know CHC isalamabad like playing with us. my case changed to decision made 2 weeks ago . but dosnt want to send my passport back , i dont what they are doing with my passport . if it changed to decision made and my address changed to canadian address that mean visa stamp to my passport . they like just playing with my passport and with me

Can u guys please suggest me how i will proceed for GMCC notes (procedure , how and who should apply) and also also how can my wife / contact her MP while she is living here.

see for yourself, bro. ppl who sent their pp in july are getting them back now. There were some exceptions too who got it earlier.

CIC website says they are working on 13 aug..even though few people who's application was recived in end of aug or start of septmeber got approvals.
my application was recived on exactlly 13 aug but we didnt heard any thing not only me i saw august thread people whos application was recived on 10 and 13 august did not heard any thing.

so what should i do wait .. or shall i call CIC and ask my status
