Try a different MP. Also I would suggest confronting them, as to what are they doing? The MP a an elected member to help you. If he is not , he is betraying public trust...send him an email and cc some newspapers and tv channels even if its fake and see how quick he responds!!

when i originally applied, I only sent the PCC for Karachi (where my husband has been living for the past 15 years. He has also lived in Quetta for 2 years. I didn't know we had to send it for Quetta aswell. Recently, I have received a request from CHC for additional docs but no REPCC. What should I do? Should I send them the Quetta PCC voluntarily, or wait for them to ask for it?

they require PCC for all the places where the applicant lives more than 6 months since age 18 or for past 10 years whichever comes first...
i would wait for their request... dont send it voluntarily...

Well i must say Sabii,Sponsored of Applicant,CIC all r right........Sabii is tired of this waiting games.......Sponsor of Applicant is also not wrong as u all know we paki r already badnaam......CIC doing their job its all about CANADA u being sponsored not that easy haan as u all know the difference............lastly Allah kai begair ek pata bhi nahe hilta........ its nothing to do with CIC.....so MR nobody is wrong

I have a question for people who have received the residency questionnaire. Did the sponsor receive it in Canada or did they send it to the applicant in pakistan?


Also, Can the applicant change the address on behalf of the sponsor? ( in case the sponsor's canadian address needs to be changed)

About the residency questionnaire i am the applicant and i received it here in Pakistan.

Changing the address isn't that difficult you can just log in from your sponsor's UCI on cic's website and there is an option of changing the address, that's how i changed my wife's address in Canada when her lease expired and she moved to another place.

and i think 3rd question has been well answered by sabii...

so spoke with my MP's Assistant and he hasnt received a reply from CIC for the enquiry yet (3 weeks and no reply)... and asked me to wait 29 months (3 months for approval from canada plus 26 months from Pakistan).
he said cic not necessarily replies to MPs... but he will send another fax to them to get a reply....
he was too rude this time and it was 2nd time i talked to him.... sooo disappointing
i will not contact anyone now... but only Allah.... because HE listens to us carefully, understands us and fulfill our wishes!

your right they are so rude .. even my consultant i paid him so much he doesn't give a crap about telling me anything its been 13 months my consultant haven't told me a thing about my case and honestly i don't know why i'm paying him so much it sucks now i've decided im not going to ask him anything or anyone Allah will and can only help.

I make an inquiry about my wife’s case every 90 days through my MP within 3 to 5 days I receive a reply.
Also try sending them an email from your work place with your title it sure will help.

Last night I called my My Mp from lahore and her office assistant also same rude and useless keep telling me no reply. I Will keep in mind all there behavior untile they come next time on my door for there sign and vote.
But I'm happy these days because atless enjoying with my wife here

The MP told me today CHC received medical result on September but they are doing another back ground check up on him. I am worried if it continues like this his 4th time Police clearance will be on January 2013 which i am not looking forward to

bass now i am so impatient and i wish i could do anything else except sending them emails and contacting the MP which i am doing.

does ur husband work for the us force or something? u should send an email to them since it past the timeline

this is unfair for a lots of people but there are people from 2012 alreadi getting visa not fair at all....
I applied in dec 2010 n file transfer january 2011 case n im still waiting for remed + Ppr to come insha'allah
