CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

Hi Guys,
I just received a letter from CHC-I i thought it was a PPR but unfortunately when i opened it it wasn't
Once again they have asked for additional documents like

Notice of Assessment for year 2011 (which i have already submitted in June)
Copies of All pages of passport of sponsor since we got married (submitted in June)
and
Residency Questionnaire (its a 4 page form attached with the letter)

I don't understand why can't they ask for everything they need once! they have requested additional documents 3 times after AOR.... Bloody *&Q$£%^*&(

Surprisingly! the letter was posted yesterday and i received it today in Rawalpindi.

May b what ever u sended in June they r not satisfy with it ....as ur wife moved to Canada in 2011 n haven't worked enough as she visited u n stayed for 6 months ......so that's y they r asking things again that when you will Gona come Canada if she will b able to support u .... So they r checking on u whether she is still in pak .....send them all tax return,pay stuff, bank balance etc.

I know but after birth of my daughter my wife came here in Pakistan and applied for an expedited processing, on grounds that she was alone there and it was difficult to manage things with an infant to take are of, which was refused. So she stayed here for like 6 months i.e entire winter...

but she went back in March, got my 8 months old daughter into a daycare, and she is working full time since then, i can't believe how ignorant CHC-I can be..... ???

Those kind of reasons don't work with CHC-Islamabad. Now they are taking their sweet time to process your application. Make sure you fill out the forms correctly. They usually ask for forms again when there is a mistake in the forms or you miss a period in your residency history etc etc.

An don't say every tym she is alone ... She is not alone Allah is with her plus a little princess ...she is in a country where u don't need to worry about ... She is not use to it that's y it seems hard other then that just chill.

in Residency Questioner they have also asked about any financial arrangements that i have made, in order to move to Canada while in previous letter it was written in bold letters
"you should not take any steps now such as disposing off your property or effects, giving up employment or accommodation or making other commitments concerning your proposed immigration or visit to Canada. These actions will be at your own risk.

Shell i dispose off some of my property like PKR 1-2 million to show my financial arrangements?
My income is mostly from agriculture land and i'll start getting money in my account after Eid, when Sugar mill starts. Shall i wait until then??

Yasir Bhai they did the same to me
got my first request in March 2012 for Wakalat Nama signed by Afghani Consultant lol n supp forms with on goin proof. then again they send the same in june supp request calling ma husband saying we are doing background check please refill these sheets since u forgot to add ur sister name lol

jus for one name they asked me to fill all those supp forms all over again, and more on going proof of relationship, they asked again for my visit n coming back (i only went for 2.5 months) ... n since then i am waiting for them to insha'allah send in remed with ppr soon insha'allah its alreadi 22 months

I can hear u well atleast ur on ur wifes side,
unlike ma husband who is only blaming me n saying that i am not doing enough, i should fight wit CHC n they will make process for faster.... sometimes i dont blame him since missing each other causes fights, n that his stupid friends all lie to him , people dont tell the truth there n lie that their cases have been done less then a year n ma husband believes that


i wish ma husband would see how much im trying instead of blaming me for no reason.... this hurts twice as much loll... but oh well u have to tackle every obstacle that comes on ur way in order to get to ur destination.

Landlord don't b sorry hota hai ...what ever they asked u just send that ..... Don't dispose off ur property.... Just put some money into ur wife bank account n send that with paystuff etc.

No need to dispose your property. You can just mention that you have around 25,000 dollars in your account. I don't think they care too much about financial arrangements in spousal sponsorship.

congratulations!! any idea how much time it takes for CHC-I after the medical results received nd they return the passport with visa stamped?
