There is no IOM number on letter, it doesn't even mention the word IOM on the letter.

It just says in handwriting on the last page "Please send us your passport after completing your medical"

heh you shouldn't even expect that they won't ask for anything even AFTER ppr. You never know how they might ask for, say, a chest xray..

didn't u get a paper with medical request letter written "Canadian Health Assesment"
in blue box it says "for appointments Pease call at: 051-111-466-472. call on this number to get apointment nd chosse the city where u want ur medical exmination done.
