see definitely a fraud case wouldnt be taken to the MP.. and remember my email it said that ur involvement has been noticed or something like that...
so it means that if they ask that means even they are sure of the person and their marriage is actually genuine... no harm in trying...

Dear Senior Members,

We have applied for Canadian visa under spouse visa category. We married in June, 2011 and God has blessed us with a baby boy in May, 2012. I did tried to apply for visit visa to be there with my wife at the time of delivery, but unfortunately my application was refused. So my wife visited Pakistan in June, 2012. We had a very good time here and now it is becoming more and more difficult to stay away from my wife and Son.

So now i am thinking to send supporting documents to CHC-I like pictures of my wife and my son during their visit of Pakistan and Air ticket details as a proof of visit. We had a very lovely time together but my wife is also studying and she has to complete her studies there as well, so she left in august.

guys let me know its important to send to them or wait for the additional documents request.

Its been 6 months since your file transfer. In my opinion, you should send them the proof of visit with pictures, baby's birth certificate with your name on it as father of the child, your communication proof for the last 6-7 months , air tickets, etc etc. Write a cover letter and write a list of everything that you are sending all these as additional proof of relationship to help them further evaluate your case. If possible, send a police clearance certificate now, so they have your PCC when they review your file and can do the background checks without wasting any time and asking you to send it after your first review. Hope it helps.

no problem. I have seen previously people on this forum got thier PPR letter late and they did call and ask why they haven't sent the passport yet. They are idiots, don't worry about the "we will assume you are no longer interested". It's just a generic letter. They probably have a bring forward date on the file based on the letter date but probably they do they into account the postal delays. Plus yours is a re-med and PPR so they'll have to wait until they get the med results any way so they can't stamp your visa until then. Try to get medical appt ASAP and send PPR with receipt. Also if you are willing to travel to another city IOM to get re-medical done you can also call them and find out availability. The member DINO posted a list and if you look on there it says Lahore IOM, Karachi IOM.

thnku so much for such valuable info, u r rite and luckily i got tmr's apptt as well and will send out PP tmr too iA. its a good idea to send them the receipt plus i am thinking of emailing them too tht i have sent pp n med receipt so they have it in their records. thnx again, u guys r awesome, hope Allah makes this time go by v soon iA

Hey you guys!

I need an experienced person to answer this question please as its important to me.

How long does it take for the decision making officer to make up his/her mind and approve the case in the final stages?

I'm pretty sure if people knew that, there would be a lot less disappointment on this board.

lmao hahaha ur last line is a killer lmao

but they do want pics of u with ur spouse being romantic, n wen i took pics we had to take be a little romantic
(but not dirty), n be close with ur wife sit together, feed each other n lol hugs
send it n they will be convinced

That actually is true. Not only do you have to look like you're married in the pics, you have to make sure there is a lot of family around as well. In my first go, I sent in a lot of pics of our honeymoon where it was just me and my wife. But when I got the AOR and they asked for more pics, we focused on sending ones with other family, cuz if you think about it from the point-of-view of the visa officer.. anyone can just take pics of just a couple. You need to show them that your relationship is real and acknowledged by all those people in the photos.

thats what I thought.

Most of the pics I sent included my family members in it. Like uncle's and aunt's and my wife's sisters, my sisters and brothers, her at my sister's wedding etc. to show that shes been with my family and that the surrounding family is aware of our relationship...yet still they want more.

I guess they've been spoilt by people who send in tons of photos from every angle of the couple with their family.

Remed in July.. still no PPR or ANY updates! >:(

I don't think Quebec time is faster than any other province. Though we "quebecers" have to do an extra step and apply for CSQ.
