I am new on this forum. But have been following it for a long time and find it very helpful.

My query is:
I filed for my wife's PR application in Jan 2011. Her re-medical was done in July 2012. Can anyone tell me that when should she expect the passport request. Since she is also planning to go on Hajj in October. I hope that the time doesn't clash. And even if it does I hope it should not be problem if she sends her passport after her return from Hajj. Can anyone please tell how much time do they give to send the passport after they send the request. Any help will be appreciated.

I think you should meet MP in canada n discuss the matter wth MP..
also I would suggest tht u shld email ISLAMABAD CHC..

Mardom ziad tahrif oropa ee ha wa america ee ha ra mekunan ke eto khub mardom astan ke ensaan dost astan, oqoqe bashar ra mefaman, baa suwaad astan, ba ensaan ziad arzesh qahel astan, famida astan wa ghaira wa ghaira. hello everyone i have been following this forum for a long time.i applied in may 2011 got my re medical request in may 2012 and recieved my ppr on july 5th 2012. pp submitted on 12th july and since then no responce.they asked me in an earlier letter to ask the sponsor to pay the rprf(right of permanent resident fee ) in april and it has been paid and i sent CHC-I the receipt as soon as i got the receipt but they again asked me for rprf receipt with ppr and i sent one more copy with my passport.previously i ddnt send the copy of the receipt to cpc mississauga but now a copy has also been sent to cpc as well.whats happening i dont undertand someone help me please since i hve seen ppl having more knowledge.

It is a regular thing with CHC-I, and you should be getting your PP back soon enough.

They require original form-bay ,original birth certificate and original canadian passport and/or canadian citizenship card of one of the parent.

Untill and unless your Canadian spouse does not contact the Consular Services, the matter shall not become clear to you.If your spouse is outside Pakistan , then he cannot send his passport through post/courier to CHC Islambad , as it is illegal.
