today i got reapply from CHC islamabad what taht mean pls helpe . Dear Client:

In reply to your email (see below), please be advised that new medical instructions and a letter was sent on August 14,2012 in which you were requested to provide certain personal and physical details (eye colour, height etc) as well as photographs and original passports for yourself and all accompanying dependants (if applicable) in order to finalize the application. These items should be submitted as soon as possible.

Hi hope evry1 is doing good i found many form members are v helpful in different matters i have a question if any1 can also help me?
as i said i've done my remed and passport on 19th july and i didn't received my pp back with visa yet but my passport will expire on 26th feb 2013 so it might be possible they give me limited validity of visa or very short time to travel to Canada ... any idea??

Yes, you will be required to travel to Canada before your passport expiry date... it is usually passport expiry date or medical expiry date, whichever comes first.

Certain countries do require that there should be at least six months remaining in the expiry of the passport or they will not let you stop over. UAE does have that restriction. In October 2010 when I was booking my ticket through Emirates, they refused to give me a ticket because my passport was expiring in February 2011 and thus there were less than six months remaining in the expiry of my passport. So I had to renew my passport in order to travel through Dubai. Not sure if any other member has had similar experience...

Just looking for a suggestion.... I'm sponsoring my wife, my file got transferred in dec 2011. At the time I sent a pretty thorough package including pics, emails, phone bills, pictures, western union etc.... Should I send another small package of updated phone bills, western Union? Or do I just wait it out?

Depends on the school of thought Some members will suggest that you voluntarily submit additional documents to CHC Islamabad and some will advise you to wait for further instructions from CHC... I incline more towards the latter view. Do it right the first time so that you don't stress over the process in the future. I did not voluntarily submit any documents and kept my communication with CHC to a minimum. Anyways, it is your call at the end of the day.

oh really it means i have to renew my passport(aik aur nayi tension) are u sure abt it or that restrictin is only for UAE or may be i don't need to renew passport for canada ?

Instead of the hassle of getting a new pp, it's better to take a direct flight.

By what you say, it seems that you were sent a letter on 14th august, but that never reached you. If that is the case, you should contact CHC-I ASAP, and tell them about the situation.

send it thru TCS ... n no it wont get lost inshaaAllah.. but do take tracking number from TCS.
AND pls pray for me I need my passport before 7TH i ve an operation.
i sned my pp on 24TH JULY. i NEED TO TRAVEL URGENT IN SEPTEMBER INSHAA'ALLAH. PLS WHOEVER READS MY POST PLS PRAY FOR ME MY PASSPORT THT I GET IT BACK THIS WEEK...

IT WAS SEND THRU REGISTERED MAIL.
not tcs..

islamabad only send passports back thru TCS. and you paid for it when you recieved ur passport.
