How long does it take to change mailing address in Pakistan.

Does fax is faster than courier through TCS for CHC-I.

this means their reviewing your file and stuff, that's good. Eventually you'll get remed and or ppr request InshAllah

Oh and Alhumdulillah my package was received by Sana at CHC-I even though the address was a bit wrong . Anyone know how long before they'll start reviewing now that I've got them all the docs they requested in AOR? the AOR letter was dated Jun 8. Also my wife did remed on Jul 19..

I am wondering why they are taking so much time .... I have already completed my 41 days and still no response. I have a few questions;

what is the date on the re-medical letter ?
what is your E-Case shows now " In Process"

khalifah how did u manage to get an appointment for re-med two days after u received the letter for re-med? r u in khi? and do u include the name of the members of family living in canada? (the letter doesn't specify it just says provide ur family's info) also, do u have to send chc a receipt or something else regarding the re-med?

we got letter on friday june 8 and we call on june 11 and the doc said to come same day at 3pm

Ours was a proxy marriage...nikah over the phone without rukhsati. So they refused the case saying that our marriage was done to facilitate my husband to come to Canada. At the time of my nikah, they were accepting such cases as mine. The problem was that I did not visit Pakistan thinking that nikah is sufficient to be able to get my husband here. When my case was rejected, I spoke to some people from Canadian Immigration. They told me that there is no way that my husband will be granted a visa to Canada without rukhsati. So then in May 2011, I went to Pakistan and had the rukhsati and re-sponsored my husband in July 2011. Alhumdulilah, things are looking better this time. I hope this info. helps.

In Aprile 2012 my wife came to me on visitory visa and still here. In May this year (2012) recieved letter from CHC Islamabad for re pcc, IMM forms and original of a document that we attached as a photo copy in original application. We sent everything by the required date in June via fedex, recieved by 'SANA' . Since then we have not heard anything..no request for re medical..nothing. The status online remains "Application Recieved" . Should we just stay put and wait some more or write to CHC? Will appreciate very much your advice folks. Best of luck to you all.

i received the same letter in june 2012, and they request the same things like re pcc,other proofs etc.i received that letter at the end of june and sent through TCS on july 2 , 2012, received by SANA.
my status shows Aplication received, medecal results have been received.
i haven't heard anything after this ,its one month now.

Same things we sent out everything they requisted in June 21st we sent them by June 25th. sense then our status show Aplication received, medecal results have been received.
i haven't heard anything after this. Keep prayer for everone.
