Dear All,

Help needed.

Passport request received for spouse case on 26.07.2012,

when can expect to receive passports with visa stamped ?

Thanks in advance.

London office is different from Islamabad, so its hard to say when it would be returned with Visa. Check the spousal sponsorship london thread and might get an idea.

i hav got my passport back.visa valid till 26-6-2013


so case applied 21-3-2011---------------------got visa 2-8-2012 (almost 16 months process)

My wife got back passport today with Visa stamped

Total Processing Time from begining to end: 16 months 3 weeks.

I sponsored my husband in Dec 2011. Rec'd my client Id in Jan 2012. Remedical, additional documents sent including original nikkah nama and police certificates in March 2012. Right now they are underway background checks. And its already been 2 months. Somebody please help me who is facing the same situation.

I involved my area MP and get updates on monthly basis. Embassy sent my MP an email early June that "they are underway background checks for this applicant", and its already been 2 month.

I would just like to say that you are Jan 2012 case and have already done this is a really good sign that you will be done soon. They take a few months to review to docs and then they will get back to you.

my cousin got it in the morning and he is telling me know before i leave
