Hi, my timeline is almost same like you. I have daughters, 3.5 and 1 years old, and received additional doc requests on 8th May but after did not did not get any response. I just heard that timeline differs on basis of postal codes, is it right. My postal code is M4H.

No it does't makes any sense. Though i dont know what are the technical reasons to respond the cases in order but believe that you will also get re-medical in days InshaAllah. Be in Contact to share the information, as we have almost the same scenario.

When ur re medical is recieved

Today my wife received a miss call from 0512069013. Wondering if this is a CHC number? Any thought? If this is a CHC number than should we contact them by ourselves or just wait for the second call? Thanks.

Its better call back on this number and asked that u missed this call, confirm if somebody call this number and date n time.

my file was also transferred in Aug 2011 - we got request to send supplementary forms + redoing some of the new ones and additional proofs + repcc..I still gotta get all of that together and send it them. I sent them an email for extension request. my sister had so requested and was granted additional 30 days. So I am hoping for the same, because I doubt ill get all the paper work to them by July 8.

I heard usually in 2-3 months you'll get a response for re-med/ppr if everything goes well. Inshallah it will.
Thanks, I am motivated now. Insha Allah, we will get favourable response soon.

My sister's husband had the same thing recently. they're rude, he calls to ask about the miss call and they say to email them, he emails them and they say to call the number...they don't say much and quickly disconnect the call. But worth a try to at least confirm...

I wouldn't worry too much - however you should send them an e-mail to inquire - maybe they sent you something and God forbid it got lost in the mail - so do inquire but as far as comparing your case with others - as much as we all do it there is no point in it because different visa officers are handling the cases and each has a different working style from the other.. Any how this is how the address can be changed:

address changes are not accepted by email, see below:

Please send us a signed fax or a signed letter (see fax number and address below) with the following information:

your original request to change your mailing address,
the full name of applicant and original signature,
the applicant's date of birth,
the file number [letter followed by a nine-digit number],
telephone number, including area code,
fax number, including area code,
the mailing address, and
a return fax number and/or e-mail address (if available)
Please do not send any new address information by email. As we require your signature on this information, kindly note that your current mailing address stands unchanged and this email has been deleted.

Hi,

My wife's file was transferred to ISL on April 1, 2011. She received a request for additional docs on 23rd April 2012...nothing after that (Online Status still says "Application Received").

I see on this forum that a lot of people who applied around the same time have already had their remed and/or passport requests.

Should I be worried? Anyone else with similar issue?

Also, is it possible to change the address is pakistan? How?

Thanks.

My file was transferred in Aug 2011 and got additional docs request on 8th May and after that PEN DROP SILENCE. So don't worry, there are alot like you who are waiting for remed. (You see how much I am motivated now after messages of Fayazzan and Hotlier :) )
It is possible to change the address by contacting them through email or fax.
