Dear all...congrats to all who have been hearing and getting good stuff
As usual i have a question and really need your feed back based on your experiences...we are sept 2011 file transfer and we have quite a bit of up date that we have been wanting to send to CHC-I for the past 3-4 months..our consultant on the other hand has been strongly against it and has asked us not to do so and wait for the immigration people to ask us for updates..we have now decided to send update any way..what do you say? the worst may be that they ask us again right? any feed back will be much appreciated....thanks

No, it says in process, i visited MP, and MP send letter behalf of us and they said that ur case is with decision making officer and till now it become 2 months no news and update yet?

how do u visit MP

just google your Local MP by your postal code then it will tell you where and who is? then go and find the address and talk with them, and try to convince them to send email to CHC I, because easily they will send email. so then the embassy will respond to their emails very fast.

Did u give them ur File# or other information too , for sending email to CHC-I.

Yes this is true I just hang-up call with CRA agent and she told me the same thing just send us in written. Your wife still outside Canada and if she have any income or not in last 2 year
No other documents' required

I got same letter from CRA, I called them, they asked the same information in writing.
