Don't worry! you will get PPR request very soon InshaAllah. Mine is same as your timeline... I haven't received Re-medical or PPR request letter yet. Allah know best!

INSHAH ALLAH from 2 wks to 3 months or less . Again it also depends how sleepy ur VO is. But INSHHA ALLAH shouldnt be long.

You are looking at atleast 2 months for wife case if PPR and Re-med came together. So count 60 days + for the passport to come back with VISA if you just did the remedical and submitted your passport.
