last Saturday i received the letter of Re-Med too from ISB. should I send medical along with all other docs and re-PCC cuz 27th march is the last day of submission and i still have time for it.

some one told me to complete the following forms before getting the request to avoid the delays


Application for PR ( IMM0008egen)
Background Declaration (IMM0008_1e)
Additional Family Information (IMM5406E)
Pakistani nationals form
Proof of contacts


Emails
Call record
Financial support
Pictures
Police certificates

Education certificates (If any)

last Saturday i received the letter of Re-Med too from ISB. should I send medical along with all other docs and re-PCC cuz 27th march is the last day of submission and i still have time for it.

I would only send the documents they have asked for.

Don't worry ask him clearly I am not a Visa Officer normally its take time specially case like spouse or common law partner because of some Fraudulent cases found by the commissioner people who claims partner but was manipulated,and they are very strict on it...so please be patient and ask your husband to read it is very difficult to get good partners and if you don't trust you will loose Immigration and good life partner,Thanks

My wife's case status was changed to In Process on March 7. Does anyone know how long it takes before there is any correspondence on the case.

It all depends on the result of initial review. Most likely within 45 days your wife will get a request.

Danny - have you recieved your letter yet? This mail being lost business makes me really nervous. You could lost mail and be waiting for a response and not even know about it. It's ridiculous that they don't use a more secure mail service to send out correspondence. I do think they use TCS for more sensitive mailouts such as passports but just regular mail for letters.

My wife didn't receive it yet. I asked her to go to the local post office tomorrow and check there. Hope she finds it there InshaAllah. If not then I really hope CHC-Islamabad sends it again by TCS InshaAllah.

yeah i told him.....see its not the visa issue its the we didnt spend time in pk as much and now im here and he wants to see me spend time with me, which is not in my hands.

I tld him he now kinda understands and regrets what he said but too late right

You can go to Pakistan to visit him and spend time with him. Also you can apply for his Visit Visa if you want to, no harm in applying.
