they send your original docs when they send your passport with visa and now a days we cant predict any cases because chc now become un-predictable, and i see in some cases that sometime they dnt even send your original documents back dnt know why but it happend in some cases.

Dude! I would sue CIC Islamabad if they would not return my wifes original documents like her educational degrees and birth certificate. She is going to need those documents in future.

It depand on them if they wanna return docs, otherwise we cant do anything and it happend with lots of ppl and still happening

Please guide me, is there any way to pay permanent residence fee after applying- my case is still in sponsorship approval stage. Hopefully it will be approved in ten days and shifted to CHC ISB. At the time of application my sponsor has only paid sponsorship fee and not landing fee.

My application was received in ISB Feb 11th,2011, haven't heard anything yet!.....even emailed them to request a meeting to discuss my case (since I am visiting my husband in Pakistan), got a reply saying that they may not be able to assign a Canadian Immigration officer for the meeting....I told them it's ok I'll meet whoever is available........but no reply after that!

soooo where does my case stand soo far?? How much more longer?? I'll be heading back to Canada next month (I've been here for 4months)...........???? HELP????

SIS there processing october 2010 cases as of right know u most likly here from them in april/may 2012

i went to pakistan in september n emailed the same thing they wont let u in the office, ur wasting time goin to Isamabad Office
n ur gonna sit their if ur lucky to let u in n wen they do, they reply as the same thing as an email...
ma husbands friend went n said we are workin on cases but time is needed......
so good luck but it wont help if u go, that will possibly piss them off.... n play around wit ur cases
but in other cases it can help u win

n so farr i havnt seen anyone win n get it their way....
