I met one of Government's minister few days back!(sorry i wont name him) and it would be tough to guess, as they are more then 80 of them He asked me if he can do anything, i have made an appointment with him next Wednesday regarding something els, and i thought i'll give him an overview of CHC-I timeline, however i really don't think these people are capable of doing something of this scale

what would u say????

I have met senior Gov. Ministers as well as many MPs ...
don’t expect much, as you mentioned it’s the very Immigration Minister himself who can do it, but ironically he won’t. Most recently before his retirement I met the Honourable Greg Sobara , I met Jim Kariganis and few others nothing they can do, all they would do is get a status update.

so you are also waiting for ppr since june? when your status changed in medecal results have been recevied

I got it sometime back in June, status changed withing 14 days to medical received.
In addition my wife got a letter for an updated PCC which she send back in July.

nothing since....my BFD is October 5th..lets wait till 15th if we dont receive anything would than contact my MP , who is very helpfull by he way.

Anyone completed Medical from IOM Lahore on or since July 19 with eCAS showing received? Delhi still hasn't sent results to Islamabad apparently...

same here my ecase says Application received while my GCMS notes and Emails say its in process.
So no one should trust or depend on ecase

Salam Mujgan, i m also Afghan, live in peshawer....my ecas also shows application receive, however my wife contacted MP. they replied and said my case is in process, so dies it change from application receive to process after doing Re medical or what?

salam. abdul nasir i just want to ask if you got your passport request in ur mailbox from kabul,,, or you got it from pakistan. i mean do they send ppr to ur postbox inafghanistan or .. they send to pakistan. becasue for me once they asked a mailing address for pakistan becasue they send something back for correction so now im confuse whether they will send ppr to my pakistan mail box or still in afg.. do u have any idea?

By Help of Allah Today I got ppr dated sept,10.2012. And they give me 15 days to submite my passport. How ever 22 days already passed. Now what do you guys think they count from date i receive the ppr or the date that they sent the ppr?

Good Morning Canada and Good Evening Islamabad!

From my understanding, looks like they have started processing July-Remedical cases. I have not recieved any updates on my ecas or by post from CIC-Islamabad yet.

I really hope to see my partner with me before the end of this year.

Is it true that "wife cases" are roughly taking between 14 - 16 months in total to get processed?

i dont think Omar...i applied in Mar 2011...its nearly 18 months for me but still no ppr. i think i doesnt matter be it a husband or wife...chc is treating everyone da same now
