by the way when did you send you pp and when did you get your remed done
and most importantly ....... hopefully you didn't get your re med done from islamabad form the famous doctor in mid july? ..... because as i have been noticing on the forum that our fellow forum members that went to *** Mr Dr.Very Late*** in islamabad in mid july are still waiting for their ppr

i am feb 2012 applicant, so my first med goin to expire in dec 2012. and on 18 sep , 2012 chc isl call me that they they are goin to send me ppr so the very next day on 19 sep, 2012 i got my PPR by tcs and there is written on top "urgent" and at the end they also written that submit ur flight details along with ur passport so i submitted my PP with flight detail on 24 sep, 2012.
i dont know when they return my PP back.

there is no harm in trying...
u ve to show proof tht u will return back to ur country within 6months to 1 year..
try to convince ur husband to let u try for visitors visa..

I dont get it why are ppl so focused on strikes and ralllies instead of working hard for betterment of our country Pakistan.

Just heard from a colleague at work , that he sponsored his wife from CHC-new dehli -> got ppr 4 months ago and since then , even as Indian , he is not in receipt of passport yet.. very strange.
Following is my wife's timeline, i was thinking even if it takes 2-3 months why we dont see many updates from those who submitted their passports in June or May...perhaps they are about to change immigration rules..wullah aalum ...distance relationship,sponsoring wife, waiting for pp... very complex businesses...


Applied from Mississauga in May 2011 (nikah case)
approved from Mississauga in June 2011
Case transferred to ISD in July 2011
(Got married in mar 2012)
Received update documents request (proof of communication etc.) 16 April 2012
Sent documents 16 May 2012
started processing (ECAS change) 24th of June 2012
Re-Med request 16th of July 2012
PPR request(separate from remed) 19th of July 2012
Med and passport sent 23 -July-2012

I mean to say who ever received PPR+RE-REMEDICAL in any Month either its May or June'2012 since Feb its taking 3 to 4 Months.........those who r waiting since May or June is only RE-MEDICAL cases its different then who received a request for PPR+RE-MEDICAL...........some r getting early but most of them r 3 to 4 Months ...........i do know members lyk Rap N Canadian555 for them it took that much tym.......thanks for update.
